Complete waste of time. Booked a call out due to satellite dish falling off roof. Guy walked inside, walked back out, had glanced at the roof and said yes your brick is damaged you need a new pole. That’s £84 + VAT. SOMETHING THAT WE ALREADY KNEW. Then quoted £300 + VAT for a new pole and installation. When the pole is £35 online to order anywhere.

Really friendly and knowledgeable guy. Had them come to remove an old rusted and awkward to reach aerial on our roof.

Excellent service!! Everything was straightforward and ran smoothly from the point of first contact. Jade in customer service was polite and super helpful and explained everything clearly. The technician that came to carry out the work was fab, he respected my home and explained everything he was doing and the completed works exceeded my expectations.

The engineer was great. Speedy response, his diagnosis was quick and he replaced the low noise block in short order. Then he charged me £441.60 for visiting plus "system check and new LNB". And VAT. I just saw a cheap LNB on Amazon for £15!! he didn't even need a ladder, getting rooftop access through a window.

Very poor service charged £130 for doing nothing saying could not get a ladder to the back of the house and left without doind anything but gave an estimate of over £300 to fit an aerial do not touch this company

I saw Harry whilst out the other day. I parked my car up and went to see if he would put up two Ariel’s for me. Harry took my details and put my Ariel’s up within a few days. Communicated with me as he was doing the job as I was at work. Absolutely top job.Top bloke too. I have given out his number to a few people now as Harry has done an amazing job. Will definitely be getting him out again if I need more Ariel’s put up. Thanks again for a brilliant service…

The engineer was there within 2 hours. Very professional and very helpful. My sister is disabled and he broke everything down for her and explained everything to her. She now has 2 tv which she enjoys. Many thanks. Would totally recommend x

Been a month since the original appointment to install a ethernet cable. The cable does not work and they have failed to get an engineer around to fix the issue for a whole month. They are also refusing to refund for faulty services.

Were able to come quickly and offered very helpful advice
