Called today looking for specific type of plank width, the one I liked wasn’t in stock but Cheuk offered alternatives which suited my brief so looking forward to the samples! Great service!

As always, fantastic customer service from Wood and Beyond and their sales team. I called their sales team to ask for their urgent help due to extra materials that I needed for my floor fitting. Roque was super helpful and guided me through all the options available and was able to resolve the situation fast. I highly recommend W&B if you want a great customer service even after purchasing.

Called today as item not in stock but Cheuk offered an alternative and pre-ordered and sent a sample to see before payment required. Stock reserved should we decide to go with sample. Excellent service!

Not Delivered. Ordered to be delivered with fitters arranged around delivery date. Order did not arrive on delivery date but was only informed after calling. Called for the next two days (fitters on standby) but order not dispatched. I would be called back the following day. A week passed. Called again twice and advised there would be a call back. I have never been called back. Advised that the order couldn’t be found in the warehouse.

Very good experience with wood and beyond. Payment quick and easy. Waiting for product delivery now.

Do not be tempted to use this company, alarm bells should have rung when I was requested to make a review at the time of order for me to receive and extra 3% discount ! I have now taken 2 days of work in total to wait for my delivery between the hours of 9am-8pm and both times my order hasn't arrived, to now be told they cannot locate my order !! so have decided to cancel the order totally !
