AVOID!! Shambolic and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. 28/10 - Order placed. Requested delivery 15/11. 14/11 - e-mail received: 'We've completed our warehouse move and will dispatch your order shortly'. 15/11 - no show. I phone in..."we wouldn't have been able to deliver as we were moving warehouse" extremely poor communication...but we're here now, where can you deliver? " Monday 18/11" - fine 18/11 - no show. Follow up. "you didn't confirm delivery via e-mail" - so despite having a phone call, an e-mail was required?! extremely poor communication #2. So when can you deliver? "Friday 25/11" 23/11 - Dispatch confirmation e-mail received. 24/11 - Really sorry we can't locate the stock for your order....here is a list of alternative (completely different) products we can offer. After selecting an alternative (despite my better judgement) was then informed it's a different spec and I'd need to pay an extra £980. I've incurred £100 cost due to re-scheduling our fitter so many times. No offer of refund on delivery charge despite the multiple displays of incompetency. Would have been without a floor for Christmas if let to Wood and Beyond! Save yourself the pain and hassle and avoid!

Bit bizarre connection on the delivery booking. The sample flooring looks good so have ordered the full floor but let's see what it's like when it comes.
