Sorina was very friendly and helpful over the phone and there were no problems with the transaction or delivery. In fact, both Romanian girls were really helpful the time that I went to the shop in Golders Green NW11 earlier this year. Reasonable prices for today's market too.

I've just spoken to Roque at Wood and Beyond, what a lovely, helpful chap he is! I'm extremely impressed by his service and would definitely recommend the company based on my experience today. I am actually a returning customer and have been impressed by the quality of the flooring I've bought in the past too.

Must be good as this is my second order of the same flooring. Slightly cheaper on the sister website Vinylfloringdirect.com however it appears to be the same company. Postage to North Wales £63.

I had a great experience ordering from this company. Their prices were competitive compared to others I looked at, which was a big plus. Initially, I was a bit concerned because the website showed a delivery date that was later than I needed. But when I called, Roque was extremely helpful and managed to arrange a much earlier delivery, and I am looking forward to receiving my flooring. Fantastic service and lovely shop with a great selection of floorboards to choose from. They were kind enough to let me take 2 panels away for 24 hours so I could settle on a decision. Quality is super and the prices are as well. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Sorina and Conrad were both great.

Excellent customer service in the North Finchley store. We were able to bring our well behaved dog inside too so we could both explore the large range of engineered flooring available. We felt comfortable to take our time looking at the examples and the staff were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The quality and range of options were fantastic and we are very happy with our chosen flooring choice.
