I ordered an out of stock item from Uk Spares and wasinformed by email that it may take up to 7 working days with the option to cancel the order. With bank holidays approaching it sseemed likely that it may take up to two weeks, I was very pleased when the item arrived within three days.

After ordering a spare part for my mower I received it after a few days.... as it was an older model I was a bit woried it would be wrong. I ordered replacement washers for my Opti-Myst electric fire as the old one had perished and had a small drip. the order arrived the following day. I will certainly use them again

When the water tank in our Dimplex fire developed a leak it was a scare to think how much it might cost to put it right! A few clicks later, replacement washers were on the way and were delivered a day later. A few minutes of fiddling and the fire was as good as new - and all for less than £10. Brilliant service!

Bulb holder assembly for dimplex flame effect fire. Very expensive part for what it is but no more expensive than other source. A picture would have helped as I had to order based on the description only. Ordering was easy and delivery quick with part well packaged so full marks for service and I now have a working fire again.
