I first enquired about what spares I thought I needed , immediate reply , I ordered and received next day. When I stripped the unit down this part was not needed after all , rang them ,they offered a return for full credit. No problem in recommending them.

Nearly £10 for two simple rubber washers that probably cost less than 10p to make. If you live in the UK and can't find a cheaper solution they are fine. Couldn't believe that they wanted to charge £25 for sending a less than 50 g package to France - I had it sent to a friend in the UK who forwarded it to me in a normal envelope for less than £2.

I ordered a wall bracket for a old model of Dimplex panel heater. The descriptions do not give dimensions so the bracket that arrived was not wide enough. I needed to cut it in half and mount it carefully to be able to use it.

I needed a replacement switch for an obsolescent Vent Axia fan. UK Spares had it in stock. Ordered on Tuesday on Merseyside and it was delivered to my son's flat in London by Friday. Only niggle is that the second class letter postage used was charged at several pounds which doubled the cost of the item.
