I needed a spare part on behalf of a Minster, my knowledge of Burco jargon is limited. On my first call I could not have been helped more. Upon receipt of the part, my lack of description had caused an incorrect part to be send. I contacted UK spares, there was no procrastination, the part was credited upon my returning it and I await the replacement. Thank you

Hi, I made the above order last week, and your website would not allow me to chose the post option, so as you know the parcel option was the one I had to select. Cost £7.80+1.40 Vat.. I have bought on the internet for as long as it has been going and never seen that. To rub insult into injury when the postman delivered the LETTER POST I found the postage was £2.90. I seems to me a shame that your good service should be spoil. by this rip off I have never downrated anyone or firm before, but I find principles nasty I realise this email will not bother you at all, at least I feel better. .

Easy to find the correct spare part that I needed on the website. Good selection of delivery options - although some a little inflated?

Uk spares kept me informed throughout the transaction and although my part was not available immediately they contacted me to tell me and said it would take an additional 5 days but also offered a full refund at that time if that was not acceptable. I did not mind waiting. The courrier used also keep me informed and delivered within the hour they told me. Very happy with the service.

I researched the internet for the part I wanted and came up with this company,who not only had the part in stock but could arrange delivery to my satisfaction.A lot of other parts suppliers did not stock the range of parts this company did and would have had to order it in thus causing a delay.

The part that I wanted was not available at the time, they let me know it would be a few days before it arrived. True to their word the part was sent as soon as they had it. Would use them again.

I ordered a spare height adjuster for our red ring shower, it was simple to select given the photos & had very specific details, which I was delighted at, plus ad we'd previously bought a generic height adjuster for twice the price in a local hardware store, that didn't fit I was keen to get the correct one. What I really appreciated was that uk spares contacted me before dispatch to discuss the adjuster measurements which I'd entered incorrectly, they were so thorough with thier order process and made sure the product was what I needed before dispatch. I was looking to replace the broken external grill of an extractor fan fitted in my kitchen. After fruitlessly trawling through a number spares web sites I was able to get the exact part at UK Spares. I placed the order and paid for it on line and got a message to say it would take them a week to despatch as it was out of stock with an offer of full refund if I was not prepared to wait. I agreed to stay with the order and the goods were received the following week as promised. I found the whole experience very re-assuring and one I could trust to deliver.
