Email with a query about the part I wanted and received reply the next day. Went straight onto the website ordered the part which was straight forward and it arrived within 2 days. Brilliant service definitely use again if needed.

Bank holiday weekend and everything shut, so good to be able to order on-line and prompt service. It is not acceptable that a UK company does not list Guernsey in its Countries section when ordering, nor is there any provision for ordering without VAT

I ordered spare lamps and and an Optimist Transducer for my Dimplex Optimist fire and although I can't rate the products as they are my spares but I can rate the service , the delivery and wrapping. Just one word .EXCELLENT I would deal with this company again.

I had e-mailed several companies to try to find a spare thermal fuse, none responded to my e-mail except for UK Spares, who listed the exact part, the model number it would fit, price, everything. It arrived in a matter of days. Excellent service, they are the only parts service in the UK I will use again.

Visited 5 shops looking for a certain lamp with no one having the right one in stock. Looked on Lamps On line site and not only did they have the right lamp, the right colour, they were also the cheapest, so even with postage charges I saved time and money. Excellent fast service, will use again.
