Great service im going to use them again.

The spares arrived within 22 hours of ordering. However one of the lamps was damaged. The pins were loose and one was detached . The packaging was sound I therefore I suggest that there was a fault in manufacture.

I bought this product as I needed one very fast after discovering that it was not covered under the warranty. It was the cheapest valve on the internet. even with postage, received the parcel very quick, excellent product. i will buy of this firm if needed in the future.

i needed a spare part for my megaflo. unfortunately the part number in my manual didn't match with the replacement part but the chat line soon sorted that and clarified what was included and what was not which was a great help. once I had ordered i received regular updates on delivery and it arrived exactly as indicated. the part wasn't an exact match with the original due to 'continuous improvement' and hence it took a bit of fiddling to replace but I put that down to Heatrae Sadia not UK spares.

I was looking for a spare part for a Creda night store heater and could not identify it on the UKSpares website so I rang the sales number. A really cheery and helpful guy answered the phone. After describing the part to him he had given me the part number almost before I could finish speaking and directed me to the part on the website, suggesting that it would be better to order on-line rather than over the phone. This was at 15.30 in the afternoon. I requested delivery by 1st Class post and the parts arrived next day. Brilliant service all round - thank you.

The parcel arrived very quickly but I thought the postage and packaging cost was expensive for a bolt that cost just over £2 but I'm pleased with the service overall

The product came quickly, that was good. However as a replacement part for a control knob that had a setting range of 1 to 6 on it, this replacement is blank which is not that helpful.
