The installation team Dan and Dean could not have been more helpful. They explained how every thing worked and gave us a first class explanation of the chair. They also rang us to tell us when they would be arriving.

The installation Team ( Martini and Stewart) were on point with the delivery and gave a very detailed explanation of how to use the Chair. Excellent customer service and support.

I’ve had so much trouble with my chair, it needed a new motor in first year ! Then it’s been various problems since, I had to wait til kit sent from England to Scotland before engines can come out. I do have to say the engineers are great, Jackie and Kieran are so helpful, they’ve been here so often they feel like family. The last few times I’ve really needed my chair it’s been awaiting repair, most recently it was away for nearly 5 weeks and 4 weeks after them having it I get a call informing me that the bar needed is no longer available and a shorter one will be used and was that ok, I said yes as long as it wasn’t going to be a lot off footrest l l couldn’t believe they’d had my chair 4 weeks and nothing was done to it, dreadful. Girl on the phone said she’d been trying to get me but I don’t believe that as I was in bed for 2 weeks with a chest infection and was in for much of the following 2 weeks. When chair did come back it seemed ok for length as when I sat on it and elevated footrest it seemed ok but when relaxing back my feet hang over the edge. I tried calling on Tuesday there and left my call back number but no return of call to date. I’m not one for doing reviews but I’m so over this company, I got my chair for medical reasons not because it looks good in my living room and not having it at Christmas was awful as I’d just dislocated my hip and had no other suitable seating so got a horrible looking cushion from hospital to use to keep my hips in alignment. Thankfully the engineers came out just before new year, it needed a new handset. If I had purchased a cheap chair then you might expect problems but a chair costing this much should last for years with any issues. Someone thought I’d purchased a whole suite with what I paid for this chair. As I said before Jackie and Kieran cannot be faulted for their excellent customer service but they don’t work for the company they are subcontractors.

Gary Metcalfe, the demonstrator, was superb. He explained everything clearly and succinctly. I cannot wait for all my lovely new furniture to arrive. Thank you very much Gary.

Bradley did a comprehensive presentation and convinced me of the value of the bath lift. I look forward to a good soak.

The representative arrived on time,was very polite and explained everything about the recliner factory.He put the chair together and l was able to sit in it for size and comfort.He was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all my questions. On time, efficient and hard working. They were above and beyond. They spent around an hour trying to remove my old settee but due to the size of it they managed to get it out of the living room door but were unable to get it through the front door. They soldiered on and had to resort to cutting it up with a handsaw (poor sods), their persistence paid off. What brilliant teamwork, so impressive.

The installation team Dean and Ian were polite, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and up for a laugh. Absolutely could not have been any better especially as they had been on the road since 5am.

Dan and Dean arrived right on time and were extremely helpful throughout, moving a section of my settee into the far room and then installing my new chair. Dan also gave me a very thorough explanation of all the different movements of the chair. All told it was a very easy experience for me and I would highly recommend the chair and Dan and Dean.

Paul who came to give me a demonstration of your chair was extremely knowledgeable and made a good case for me to purchase the chair I ordered. I was impressed with his sales talk.
