The Installing Team of Ian and Paul had informed me of the day and time of their arrival and were 5 minutes early! They soon removed my old recliner and within minutes had set up my new one. They ensured that the fit was perfect and carefully showed me how to use the control. They were friendly and caring, professional and very efficient at all times. The chair is exactly what I had expected. It was a pleasure to deal with the sales ladies and the installers. The chair is excellent quality.

Bewäre of this horrible company. My mother, 99 years old purchased with her last savings last August 2023 a recliner chair for £3400. After 10 months we discovered the fabric on seat of chair had began to fray. The Recliner Factory refused to take any liability and ignored the 3 years guarantee by saying this not a manufacturing failure. They obviously manufacture their products using inferior quality fabrics that do not relate to the price they charge. Infact they had the audacity to ask for more money to repair the fabric as a gesture of "goodwill" for a further cost of £428. This company has no respect for the week or elderly. Mum doesn't have this money. Does guarantees have no meaning and consumers have no rights in the UK? Unless you can afford a good lawyer, you do not stand a chance. The company cleverly suggest that you contact Ombudsman and they will accept their decision. Not true, Ombudsman is of no help to the consumer and has to accept the decision of the business (Recliner Factory) and not the other way round. They all work together. I will not waste any further time with this company.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. My Mother was measured fully for a Bespoke Tailored Chair by one if their representatives which cost nearly £4,000. The chair was made too narrow so she cannot move her arms properly and too short so her feet don't fit on the foot rest and therefore are not supported and the automatic lumbar support stopped working soon after it was delivered. We had to keep calling and chasing them for weeks for the chair to be corrected. Eventually, they sent another representative to check the issues and again we had to keep calling to chase up and eventually the chair was taken away to be adjusted. Again we had to keep calling to chase up to have the adjusted and repaired chair redelivered. Eventually it was but the arms were still too narrow, her legs still could not fit on the foot rest and the lumbar support was still not working. It was as though nothing was actually done to the chair. Again I had to call to chase up the issue as no one called us to let us know what they intended to do. I eventually received a call this morning from Michael, one of the managers explaining they could make the chair deeper so my Mothers legs could fit on the foot rest but that is all they can do as they cannot widen the chair and there was no mention as to why they hadn't fixed the lumbar support even though they had 2 opportunities to do so. My mother is disabled and housebound and needs a comfortable chair to watch television, eat, read and do her knitting, all of which she is having difficulty with or cannot do at all as the chair is too narrow. My Mother is a size 16 and I am a size 10 and I can't move my arms properly in the narrow chair. It's like sitting and lying in a coffin. This company sent a representative to measure my mother for the chair so clearly his measurements were incorrect but the company is not taking responsibility for this error and refuse to refund the money so my mother can purchase a chair elsewhere that suits her needs. Instead they are happy to leave a disabled, housebound 86 year old person suffering with the pain this uncomfortable chair is causing her as my mother has no alternative chair that she can use. They are happy to leave her with a chair they measured and made for her at the cost of nearly £4,000 that is not fit for purpose and all they can suggest is for me to go to the Ombudsman to complain. This is the most appauling and disgusting behaviour. I strongly suggest you read and take note of the bad reviews before considering spending your money with this company.

We found the whole experience, from our initial enquiry to the delivery of our 2 chairs excellent. The salesman, gave us a comprehensive overview of your products. He listened carefully to 'our requirements' and advised what would be suitable for us now and in the future BUT without being pushy. The men who delivered and assembled the chairs were both efficient and friendly. All appointments were on time.

A big thank you to the recliner factory for the amazing bed delivery recently. They took away the old bed and the whole work and storing together was very quick. The men/consultant team Craig and Ionut who came were really nice and professional and friendly. My father is enjoying his new bed making it easy and comfortable to sleep at night and adjust when needed for ease and comfort. I would definitely recommend the recliner factory for excellence.

Martin& Andy couldn’t have been more helpful in the setting up of our new beds. They took away the old beds.They managed all the electrics without any fuss,even changing the side which the remote operated on.

Cost more than expected, given discount promise, with no cost breakdown - but need was urgent and stock sizes unsuitable so accepted. It was delivered with optional headrest which had been mentioned but which I had not consented to; would have removed if shown cost breakdown. Opted for Guardsman stain protection. Was subsequently sent Staingard warranty with incorrect start date and incorrect fabric (both from initial enquiry, not final choice and delivery date). Three emails later, from 5 July to 27 August, on 13 Sep I was sent yet another warranty from Staingard, still with original errors (and no replies from TRF themselves). Their administrative incompetence is almost beyond belief. P.S. 14 September: Guardsman warranty (with correct start date) arrived in the post today! Did my email or this review prompt a rush to the postbox, or was it just a fortunate coincidence? Either way, the matter is now closed.

I wish to commend most highly Ian and Matt H. I was advised of the time for delivery the day before the delivery and they arrived promptly. The gentlemen were courteous and friendly, and assembled my new furniture quickly and efficiently. I was indeed surprised at how fast this was accomplished, given that I was using some of the time to put a vacuum cleaner over parts of a living room carpet which had been covered by the old suite for many years. The men were able to also manoeuvre my old three piece suite [two large chairs and a three seater settee] out from the living room for disposal by the firm. In completing their assignment with the usual paperwork, the friendly banter between us and between them put a human face onto the firm they represented. I am also very pleased with the service I have had from the firm in agreeing to use cloth I had previously purchased to reupholster the old suite and also a foot stool. Both the recliner chair and the two-seater settee are very comfortable, a fact attested to by a neighbour whom I invited to try out the sofa! Well done all round!

James and Andy delivered my recliner chair this morning ,they where both very pleasant were quick and helpful they went through the instructions several times with me as I’m not very good with instructions , I am over the moon with my chair it is so comfortable no more lying on my bed for most of the day due to serious back problems . To each and everyone at the recliner factory a massive thank you from and old lady

Recently purchased two leather Parma chairs. Unfortunately they were unable to demonstrate this chair at home. However we tried the chair they brought as a demonstration model and ordered from the other from the catalogue. I've complained that they are not very comfortable, but according to the customer service, that's not something that I can complain about. They sent out someone to check that they are made correctly and other than one of the chairs creaking there was no problems found. I was informed that a report would go to them and they would be in touch. But that hasn't happened yet. I not surprised that no manufaturing problems were found as my complain was that they are not comfortable. I sighted that we could not try this model as is was not the one that the demonstrator had even though it was the chair we were interested in. I'm fairly sure that we would not have ordered them if we had had the opportunity to try them first. However we did order them in good faith that they would be comfortable, this has proved to be a big mistake on our part. This is a new model in their range so I thought that they would have been more interested in any feedback back. But they have not come back yet and I don't hold any hopes that they will agree. When I did complain the customer service guy told me that comfort wasn't on the list of problems. I disagree surely at these prices it should be the ultimate consideration. So disappointed feel let down. Src13649/48

Salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. Ordered two chairs and sofa, was given three week delivery timescale. My delivery was just over a week . Absolutely delighted with our purchase. It was a very positive experience dealing with this company and we have no hesitation in our recommendation. Dan and Brian were the marvellous men delivering our suite. On time, all set up with all packaging removed, paperwork dealt with then time to explain and show how everything worked and all carried out with a smile. Thank you Dan and Brian- it was a pleasure to meet you.

My mum received a chair today delivered by Martin and Stuart what lovely people they were they took their time to explain to my mum how to use her new chair. Most pleasant experience thank you would definitely use this company again

Massively overpriced, do your research and Google for similar products before you purchase anything from this company, they are making at least 500%-600% markups, my Father purchased one of their beds in Dec 2023 for over £5K, he had three nights in it before having to move into hospital from which he did not come back, the company refuses to buy-back what is an un-used bed as they know it is over priced tat with shameful selling tactics similar to double glazing salesmen from the 80's
