Bed itself is great, delivery went very smoothly, cannot fault the company at all there. Unfortunately the controls were on the wrong side of the bed, realizing this after the fact my mother has been through a great deal of difficult communications with the company in order to have a simple extension lead sent out, including the company claiming an extension had been sent which never arrived. The extension is here now so all is fine, but the company were not helpful at all on the phone which seems a needless shame- 5 Stars for product and delivery, 1 star for post purchase support.

Ian and Simon delivered and built our new bed,they were friendly and helpful in every way.The bed is great and the service is excellent.

Ian & Simon were very polite people who didn't leave a mess and got the job done. They've done an excellent job, I would highly recommend them!

From ordering the bed, to organising the delivery date and an hour delivery window was great. The staff I spoke to were incredibly kind and helpful. Ian and Simon who arrived to remove the current bed and install the new beds went out of their way to check everything they did was Ok, were very polite and explained all we needed to know. They did a great job and cleared away any rubbish.

Helpful and organised from the word go. The salesman, Graham Hardey, was a cheerful chap who was happy answer our questions and took time to explain to us in detail. The delivery was also excellent and despite having been on the road since 5am they were cheery and wasted no time in collecting our old furniture, a vast difference to the normal huffing and puffing delivery one gets with a lot of delivery men. Then when they brought our chairs in and put them together Ian sat down with me and went over the instruction book, making sure I understood by giving me a demonstration. All in all I couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you I understood and gave me a demonstration

This Company Recliner Factory provided me a great service, they were punctual and very helpful in demonstrating how the chair works. The staff Ian and Simon were very polite and answered all my queries to my satisfaction. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Recliner Factory to anyone who wants to purchase a Recliner armchair as they provide a excellent service.

James and Stu arrived when expected. They were very efficient. They put the chairs exactly where I wanted them and took away the old sofa. They were cheerful and chatty, which always makes you feel good. I would definitely recommend them. The chairs are perfect.

Right from the first enquiry to the installation everything was great the sales representative Chris was helpful, knowledgeable and put us at ease, there was no pressure to buy and no hurry when demonstrating the bed, the manufacture and delivery was quick and the installation crew Stuart and Martin were first class, polite, respectful of the property and they left the job clean and tidy we can't praise them highly enough a first class job from start to finish Thank you

James and Mike delivered a riser/recliner that I had ordered. Arriving at the pre-arranged time, they brought the parts of the chair into my house and then assembled it. Mike taught me all the functions of the chair and made sure that I understood all the controls. James and Mike were very professional and I was extremely pleased with their service.

The men that delivered the sofa suite - Brian and James were exceptionally polite, courteous and informative. They handled the old and new furniture with great respect and gave a demonstration of the riser / recliner system very clearly ensuring we knew how to use it.

I give the 5 stars to the lads Craig and Rich G who delivered my chair they were well mannered,polite and got on with the job showing me out to use it

Excellent service! Martin and Stuart couldn’t have been more helpful and professional! In spite of (unseasonably) warm weather, the whole operation went very smoothly, including the removal of our old (Kingsize) bed…no mean feat in itself! The only further comment I could make, is perhaps the pricing of the “optional extras” which were offered, could be reviewed, to make them more attractive?!

Just had my lovely very comfortable recliner delivered by Craig and Rich G. The guys were fantastic and explained everything about the chair and how to use it. Thanks very much guys 👍

It was great not having to shop around looking for a suitable recliner - the demonstration was done in my house! The installation team (Martin & Stuart) were EXTREMELY patient, very informative, friendly and did not rush me at all - made sure that I was very sure and at ease with the instructions before they left. Look forward to letting my friends try my lovely chair.!!

The delivery went fine. Craig and Olly pointed out all that was necessary. Unfortunately, the pocket and small loop for the remote was put on the right instead of the left hand side of the chair. I had deliberately asked for this. So, they told me that seamstress would come round and alter it. I was a little annoyed by this mistake as I had specifically asked for it to be done.

We have just had our 3 piece suite delivered this week by 2 lovely guys Brian and Dan, they were so kind and helpful, the whole experience with recliner factory was a pleasure to to deal with, no hard sell from Mark,another lovely guy. Highly recommend
