Martin and Stuart were extremely cheerful, polite and professional. They assembled the chair and positioned it exactly as we wished and demonstrated all its functions fully and patiently ensuring that we understood and were able to operate all the controls fully.
Ian & Andy delivered the riser recliner chair promptly and gave full instructions regarding its operation and after care. Very impressed with the company and the chair was ready after 2 weeks from the order.

My wife was seriously ill, I was promised the Chair within 3/4 weeks max.(I PAID 6,000 INSTANTLY) The chair was due to arrive 5th Feb at the latest. I called after two weeks to check on progress to be informed that all was ok no problems. I explained that my wife's health had deteriorated and I needed the chair ASAP. I was again assured no problem, I called the Recliner factory on 3rd Feb to find out what delivery time I had on the 5th. I was put through to the transport company who said "how can I deliver a chair I don't have" No call came from the Recliner factory until the 8th Feb, I was asked to be home between 08.00 - 16.00 on the 11th Feb. At 09.00 on the 11th Feb I had a call to say the chair is not coming, I was asked if I could be available next week! I asked what day they said we don't know yet?I still have no chair. my wife passed away without ever seeing her promised chair. Still no apology or explanation from The Recliner factory and still no chair. Awful customer service it's like I don't exist whilst grieving. Of course they have had all my money so they don't care, horrible people kicking someone whilst they are down. Obviously you can't find the account it was in my late wife's name Jean Connor!!
Saw the advert on my phone which showed a 2 seat reclining sofa but after tapping on it found only chairs....did I miss something or was it blatant false advertising ?
Everything was so easy to do from the initial visit to the actual use of the chair with every stage completed as stated in the time frame agreed. There was a wide choice of fabrics and add-on features. Mark was our initial contact and delivery was carried out by Stuart and Martin, three very professional people. They provided us with confidence in the product and the Company. We have recommended all three to our friends.
This is the second recliner that I have had from the reclinerfactory. I have been so pleased with my chair, I decided to buy one for my wife. Once again I'm pleased with her chair, so well made, looks good, and most important is that my wife loves it. Ian & Andy were the installation team, they explained everything in detail to her, also making sure that she was happy and comfortable. All I can say is that we are both really happy to have bought again from the reclinerfactory and will be recommending them.
The Rep. was very 'chatty' and gave a good demonstration of the chair which I decided to buy and it was available in a fortnight. Martin and Dan who delivered it were very helpful and moved the furniture and took an old chair away. They gave a full demonstration of how to use the new chair. So far I have found the chair satisfactory'

Martin & Andrew arrived in good time, set up the chair and demonstrated the controls, and talked me through operating the chair. Have needed to order special wheel stoppers however, because the chair has castors and is on a hard floor. The men were cheerful and approachable, gave advice about maintentance and set out the terms of the 3 year warranty. Shall look forward to many comfortable hours in the chair.
Sadly my husband is very disappointed with the riser recliner. He finds it very uncomfortable & we are not at all sure the measurements are correct. Do we have any way of a refund I have no idea as can find nothing on the web site. We had such hopes for this chair after at home sales appointment & delivery. So have changed my original review.
