Brad made it so easy for me to understand what I was viewing and was easy to deal with.

Scott Maynard came to show us his display bed. He went through everything thoroughly, which i tested. He wasn't out to just make a sale he genuinely wanted the best for me and my illness, he didnt guilt trip me into making a purchase and constantly reminded me that im not at liberty's to buy a bed, it was his honesty which is why I made a deposit there and then.

Richard enabled me to make a sound descision because he explained fully how my chair works for me and i cvant wait to get it,

From start to finish we were made to feel important, the rep who came first was great, and then the fitters came and we were sure we were not going to get the same high level of service, but we were wrong they were two of the most pleasent people, they had had a long drive but the level of service stayed the same, over all we would highly recomend this company they are wonderful, any person looking to purchase from them will be more than happy, whats more we have enjoyed such comfortable night sleep since, thank all of you,

The two recliners were delivered and set up by two friendly men called Brian and Dan. The functions of the chairs were explained and they look good. Hope with use they will be all we want.

Very friendly & helpful staff, everything was explained thoroughly & didn't feel any pressure to buy. Order was processed very quickly & efficiently & delivery & installation was made by 2 charming gentlemen named Matt H & Dean Y.

Technician arrived last week after appointment as mum has been complaining about the chair for several months. Technician agreed chair was too hard and had no pressure relief whatsover - mum is 93 years old, has had two heart surgeries, suffered two strokes, high blood pressure, diabetes. Mum was pleased with technician summary and hopefully awaited The Recliner Factory comments and solution only to be told that technician's report stated nothing wrong with chair and that mum now has to pay to put in the pressure relief on the chair that she already paid for last year. The lies told by the technician to her face has left her further confused as she has dementia luckily family member was present and reported all this but The Recliner Factory could not care less.

25/3/25 I arranged a demonstration from The Recliner Factory for today Kevin arrived at the arranged time he was so professional and understanding of my situation. I placed an order with Kevin and would recommend him and his company to anyone thinking of buying this type of Riser Recliner.

we purchased a riser recliner from the kingswood mobility group (which includes willowbrook and recliner factory) on 31.12.2024. When it came it appeared good quality but after 3 weeks it started to cut out when fully reclined leaving my disabled husband stuck. Their efforts to locate the fault were unsuccessful until a stripped wire was spotted by the driver taking the chair back to the factory. We finally had the chair back on 21 03 2025. Throughout this ordeal the company was unhelpful, unapologetic, and unsympathetic. They would not give us a refund despite the chair being unfit for use, and could not supply a temporary replacement (10-15 weeks waiting time). They have not offered any compensation. We had to get another chair so my husband could sit down. We would never have bought anything from this company if we had known how bad their customer services were.

Both Matt H and Andy P were extremely professional, kind and considerate and carefully explained and showed me all the functions available on the chair. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my new chair.

From start to finish lovely experience the installation team Stuart and Martin arrived on the dog removed my old chair brought in my new chair removed all packaging installed my new chair going the extra mile to rearrange some furniture. At all times they treated myself and my property with great respect Thanks Guys you were great.if you need a new recliner go to the recliner factory you won't be disappointed .

Very informative demonstration and very positively surprised at quality and design of the product. Time now to consider way forward.
