Ionut and Janos arrived on time, were clean and tidy and very pleasant. They removed my large 3 seater settee in minutes, and put my Malvern chair together, in the place I wanted. All the instructions were explained in full and demonstrated to me, and then I tried them all myself. Having this chair should make my life a lot more easy and comfortable.
Martin & Stuart delivered my chair today. This is the second time they have called. They are both very helpful and cheerful people and ensured I was happy with my product before leaving. It was a pleasure to have their visit. They brightened up a dull day. A shining example of how delivery people should be.
The chair was delivered today as promised. It looks great and operates perfectly. Delivery was delayed due to production problems but I was kept informed regularly.

They sent me a message to say that my "comprehensive parts and labour warranty" has expired on the recliners I bought from them. This is a joke because they refused to honour the warranty when the chair broke!
On Friday 10th Jan 2025 Ian and Simon delivered my lovely new adjustable bed. It didn’t stop there. They were polite, careful, professional and cheerful after such an early start to us in South of England. They vacuumed where previous bed had been, removed old bed etc and explained in detail how to use the handset. Would recommend them to everyone. Well done, and Thank you.from a Happy Customer.
My wife and I were extremely impressed with just how professional, friendly and helpful Bradley Jordan, the Recliner Factory representative, was when he visited us for a demonstration. He explained everything in detail and was keen to answer all our questions on every aspect of the purchasing of a recliner chair from the company, and no hard sell involved. From our personal experience, I would say that Bradley must be quite an asset to the company he works for.
arrived after alerting me by phone, no fuss, got on and set it all up and the demonstrated it and shown how to work it all. quick and polite job done.
Bradley was a great chap from the first second he came into our home. He explained it all and nothing was hidden from us. My wife felt comfortable and felt really happy about the whole experience.
We were able to make an appointment for a home visit really quickly. Bradley was the perfect salesman, had good understanding of the chair's functions and options and explained them clearly. He didn't try to push any extras on us, but did explain them all so we could make an informed choice, which we appreciated. He also clearly explained the manufacturing and delivery process. Overall this has been a very good experience and we definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a recliner chair.
Every thing was explained to me. Matched in with current furniture and set up ready to use. Made sure it fitted my frame and I was comfortable. Arrived on time with no fuss and old recliner removed free of charge. It will make my recovery go smoothly. Brian and Janos were great guys delivering and assembling the recliner.
From the start with the home demo with Simon who gave an excellent demo to dealing with sales staff and finally with the delivery with Ian and Janos your staff are a credit to your Company. I had a new bespoke chair and am very impressed ,delivery was approximately three weeks. Cannot praise you highly enough thank you.
Stuart and Martin, two lovely guys. Got rid of my old beds and erected my new bed in what was a very tight space for shifting furniture of that kind. All was done with a smile and willingness to get the job done properly. The bed itself was fully explained as regards the instructions and hand controller. The only thing that disappointed me which had nothing to do with Stuart and Martin, but the rep, when he came enthusiastically told me I didn’t need to have drawers in the model as you had now developed a system where the sides lifted up. Unfortunately that was not to be , but otherwise very satisfied b
We were delighted with the service we received from Recliner Factory from ordering to delivery and installation. Matt H and Paul R delivered our chair at the arranged time, so no waiting around, and were very helpful and friendly with explanations of its workings as they installed it. Altogether a really good experience and highly recommended.
From the start Jerry Spokes was brilliant. In no time at all Lee and Paul where here assembling the sofa and explaining its operation and controls. We've had it for a week and a day, and wonder how we ever managed without it ! The only worrying thing was all the negative feed back. We are happy, feet up and relaxing !
It took 14 weeks to deliver on a "10 week" contract. My disabled mother was left getting in and out of a bed that hurt her every day. We finally got the delivery after threatening to recoup the deposit.
There is no after care I have been told they can help because they only deal with brouchers . It appears that one you have paid the money over this company could not give a dame
What a fantastic experience. Ian and Simon delivered my mum’s new chair today. The care and attention Ian showed in explaining how everything worked was brilliant. The chair itself is fabulous and my mum is over the moon with her purchase. Highly recommend this company.
The whole ,from ordering. Trying out,before my actual order being submitted. The waiting in anticipation for my new riser/recliner chair. I have now had it for a week; it was delivered and set up by delivery men, Matt H and Andy H. Couldn't have wished for more courteous ,polite gentlemen. I find it very comfortable and easy to relax in.
