Excellence experience from the company. Bradley was super,charming Rep who gave us a good demo. Delivery men Ian and Stu were friendly,obliging courteous and humerous. And explained everything in detail.

(1)I liked the installation team Ian and Stu who were very helpful and informative but I did not like the length of time it took to resolve my complaint (2) We were also impressed with Mark the sales representative who was very helpful

None existent customer representatives - emailed regarding my fathers recliner he'd bought, he passed recently within a month of purchasing for £4000 to try and get a full or partial refund. No response. Family is now stuck with an overpriced chair that if sold will get nowhere the original price. Save your time and look somewhere else there are cheaper options for these type of chairs.

Friendly and very helpful staff on all occasions from the purchase of the chair to the delivery and set up. Everything was very thorough and a 5* experience. Very good product aswel.

I ordered my chair and was told it would take a month as made from scratch. After 2 months I hadn't heard anything from them so I gave them a call. At first they couldn't find me or my order. I was put through to someone else who took all my details again. I obviously thought that they've lost my order. They told me that they found it eventually but it hadn't been processed. I was also told that the material I chose was out of stock so I had to have another. Eventually i got my chair. It was made clear that I still had to pay full price even though they blundered. I won't be recommending them. On a good note the 2 guys Craig and Mark who delivered the chair were fantastic and went above and beyond due to my disability.

Dan and Brian delivered my mum's riser-recliner chair today. They were on time, polite, friendly and efficient and even made time to give our young golden retriever a fuss. Mum is delighted with her chair and I'm really impressed with the service we have received, not only today, but also from Richard who visited to talk through the options and 'measure up'.

From start to finish it has been a lovely experience. From the agent Hugh who was very informative, and not pushy, to James and Antony who were very obliging, friendly, and just two lovely chaps. Everything was explained to me, and I am so pleased with my purchase colourwise it blends in beautifully with my existing settee. I’m now looking to have an ordinary armchair to match. Definitely would recommend.

I have just received my recliner chair this morning. The insulation team Ian and Stuart were great they worked efficiently and put the chair together and explained how it worked etc., and left everywhere tidy when they left. They were very pleasant and friendly.

From start to finish Recliner Factory were efficient, friendly and professional. After requesting a brochure online, we were contacted by phone to arrange a demo and fitting. Mark turned up on time, was very pleasant and knew his stuff. We subsequently purchased two bespoke recliner chairs and ended up with a free sofa to match. Less than 2 weeks later our furniture was ready and a very nice lady phoned to arrange delivery. James rang the night before informing us of a 2 hour slot the next day. James and Ian turned up on time and in less than an hour had removed our old furniture and installed the new. They were very friendly and helpful and made sure we knew how to operate the chairs and that we were happy with them before they left. We have no hesitation in highly recommending the Recliner Factory and indeed using them again if the need arises.

This has been a fabulous experience from start to finish. Knowledgeable and helpful salesman, and excellent delivery, set up and explanation provided by Martin and Stuart (they even vacuumed before bringing the chairs into the living room!)

You had the ordacity to send me an "Exclusive offer" as my warranty had run out. You are only expecting your furniture to last for 4 years, as you expected me to purc hase more furniture. I asked you to repair my rise & reclin er last September and you sent 2 so called independent enginerrs to view the chair and they both said it was my fault the m otor was damaged, as it was too near the wall. It had never been moved since it was installed. You wanted to charge me almost £500 to repair, which I thought was extortionate. I would certainly not recommend your company to anybody. I would expect a chair costing more than £3,500 to last a lot longer.
