I think this company is great, they keep you up to date with fantastic products, care about where products come from and where they're grown, healthy living is their priority, they walk their talk, I trust them to deliver

Something must be wrong in your warehouse to take 10 days to fill an order. OK, maybe you were out of stock, but if so, your website should reflect that.

I placed an order on June 5th for a bottle of Yacon syrup. As of June 10th had not received. Wrote company on June 11th and they said they would refund the shipping of $8.85; nothing received so far. I checked with the postal service and it's saying my shipment is in-transit but delayed -- they are placing a trace on it. I'm very upset and feel like I'm getting the run around and either want a full refund of $19.95 or my product.

Not sure if the recent reviews are fake. The company hasn't shipped my order placed on the 20th May, I emailed them twice and no reply. Beware before ordering.

They didn't have to include a coupon, but they did. They didn't have to ship it as fast as they did, but they did. They even included a handwritten thank you and made sure that my item wasn't irradiated by placing a sticker on the package. They truly care about their customers!

Pleasantly surprised to have my order already; I made a mistake in my address and didn't notice it until my confirmation email.. emailed and called them and figured it would take forever to get due to my mistake, they fixed it quick and I'm already enjoying my stuff. I'm totally satisfied with all my choices. No sugar added to the fruit products,which is next to impossible to get where I live, even in Health Food stores! Prices reasonable,ordering was simple, delivery timely, I will be a returning customer! These folks are the real deal.

Rawfood products are so potent and appears to be fresh. The prices are so reasonable I don't know how you stay in business. I always get my products within a reasonable time, I so appreciate that.

I appreciate and enjoy what The Raw Food World has to offer and will continue to use them however I am frustrated with the lack of communication I received on my last order. They carry a particular raw vegan wrap that I use regularly and I ordered 10 packages which showed to be available. I was getting ready for a trip and would need these to take along and as the trip drew near, I wondered where my order was. I looked it up and noticed that the shipping/tracking info was blank on my order so I emailed and inquired (note this was a week after my order was placed) I didn't get a response for a couple of days and when I did I was simply told that the product was back ordered and would be awhile. This is not something I would expect from a reputable site (which they are), I would expect a notification that my order was on back order so I could make alternate plans. They did offer to cancel my order and issue a refund but I opted not to do that as I will need them regardless, but now I am faced with expediting a higher priced order and having to pay expedited shipping to get these for my trip. This was a disappointing customer service experience and I hope this feedback will encourage them to improve this aspect of their business.

Have not received latest order, always takes many days/weeks. Past experience shows lack of rotation at warehouse, as an example, 1 time I receive an expiration date on an item of 12/15 and months later, same item ordered again, I received an expiration date of 10/15. This has happened with numerous products. I've sent emails to raw food world that go unanswered, so when I can find another supplier for my raw foods, I will switch to them, until that time, I will continue to take my chances with order to the raw food world, just very unhappy with their service, or I should say, lack of service.
