Salutations. Last month I sent out 2 emails to customer care with a few phone calls leaving voice messages and never received any feedback. One email was on the Chlorella tablets and the other on an appliance I purchased from The Raw Food World. Recently, over a week ago, I called and to a subtle surprise, someone by the name of Grace answered. I had a question about the cacao paste I ordered a little bit ago. She didn't know the answer to the question and asked for my number to call back when she knew more about the product. I never received that call. I didn't call.back to inquire on the paste.
