Their prices are great, especially if you're a yearly or lifetime member, but their service still needs work (it's better than it was, but not perfect yet). My last order was all glass bottles - and I buy these products because they ARE sold in glass - but the order should have been split between two boxes; or, the box should have been stronger. It arrived almost in shreds! I'm surprised nothing fell out, or was broken, which can only be attributed to the fact that every bottle was sealed in plastic and then bubble-wrapped. Thank goodness for that. I'll continue to shop there because of the great selection and prices, and I hope they continue to work on their packing and shipping protocols.

Have not received product as yet because it on back order ....but account was already charged and money taken but no product....which I think is crazy...
I've only purchased three items but I'm satisfied that I've gotten the best quality at a good price.
To date, I have placed three orders with The Raw Food World. All of my packages have arrived quickly (shipped quickly) and all of the items arrived in perfect condition. From glass bottles of olive oil to bagged spices, everything arrives safely. It is obvious that the folks who package my order take great care with packing my order correctly. All of the items that I receive are fresh and are of very high quality. I am always happy with my choices, even the items that I've never tried before. I appreciate the descriptions of each item on the website as it helps me make an informed decision. The only reason why I did not give it 5 starts was because I ordered your product and after a few days a customer service representative informed me that the product was not in stock. As a customer is a little bit disappointed I wish I would have now this right from the begining. However, I have to acknowledge that the money was refunded in no time and I was informed every step of the way. I will be back and do business with you
I ordered on the 2nd. I won't receive it until the 14th. So that would b the only negative thing I have 2 say. The shipment time is a lil' longer. I bought n bulk so I could share w/others, but bcuz of the wait, some of those others bought it from Amazon/the local health food store. :-( I LOVE all that y'all have 2 offer, though, and I'll use u, again!
I brought three of Angela's raw book books: Raw Reform: How to go Raw for Weight Loss** Raw Reform: Recipes Raw Emotions, by Angela Stokes I have read How to go Raw for Weight Loss so far, and I cant tell you how much it touched my heart or how much it helped me. I have read and have MANY Raw Food Books, and listened to many You tube's and have never had someone reach me as Angela did. Not only is her writing style honest and gentle; but in my opinion she delves alot deeper into raw food (& weight loss & how to do it) than Ive read anywhere else. It is a very loving and giving book; and she has alot to offer anyone. I would recommend it to EVERYONE who is wanting to go raw; or wanting to lose weight; or wanting a healthier life style. And I want to especially THANK Angela as this is worth its weight in gold :D BRILLIANT!!!
Price best by far on web. Barely acceptable as holes too large to take full effect of this phenomenon. Glasses are good heavy duty quality. 'Lens' is easily 1/16" thick plastic and holes are actual holes not a film with holes on it. Delivery quick. Packaging a bit excessive. No damage.
I've ordered about 5 times at The Raw Food World. The quality of the products is always good and they arrive quickly and efficiently.
This company was on time and very professional, I will order from them again.
For the second time in as many orders, I find the information about the availability of products listed on the web site is not accurate. To make matters worse, I'm not notified until several days (sometimes a week) later that the products that I've ordered are not available, thereby delaying the arrival of the products I need as I hunt around for other sources. This lack of accurate information on the site can cost customers in other ways: I order with RFW and similar sites based on price and quality, and try to concentrate the orders to get the best value, including shipping. When the info is not accurate, I miss the opportunity of grouping products from other sites that might qualify me for a discount, at least on shipping. There's no good reason why a company as large and sophisticated as RFW cannot have a better idea of its own inventory. Items should be clearly marked "out of stock" on the site or I should receive an email to that effect within 24 hours and BEFORE my credit card is charged. I should be given the opportunity to scrap the entire order at that point, or opt to have the portions that are available shipped. Frankly, it's starting to feel a little like a version of "bait-and-switch" and my patience is wearing thin. The email that I eventually received from customer service was vague and unhelpful - it did not state which specific products were out-of-stock and gave absolutely no indication when they would be available again - 1 month? 3 months? 6 months? Nada. Why not include with the email a copy of the invoice so that I can tell what's out-of-stock? In fairness, the invoice that came with the item that was in stock did indicate that two other items were out-of-stock, but it was lost amidst the same worn-out promotional material (Matt's now-hokey faux-folksy handwritten letter), their flyer postcard and a sample of some other product you apparently do actually have in stock and want me to buy. The customer service email didn't arrive until almost 5 days later and the onus is still on me to contact for a refund. The refund should be automatic because the card should never have been charged in the first place once RFW determined the items were not available to ship. I would have rather received an email before anything was shipped saying the products are unavailable and 1) you can cancel the entire order or, 2) if we don't hear from you, your card will be credited with appropriate amount and the items we do have will be shipped asap. RFW can't claim to be Largest Online Raw Food & Superfood Store, and then ask for patience when "our little company" can't fill an order as promised. Strike two.
I have taken samples of most of the stuff I ordered to my nutritionist and she has always been impressed with the quality. I also appreciate the monthly sale prices as well as the advertised discounts. The shipments have always been timely and any problems with orders have been handled quickly and satisfactorily.
It's one thing for sure when you order things online, and get it on time that's a good thing.
