Ok maybe it's just me, but I ordered on June 27th. I haven't received my order yet. Matter of fact I get emails almost every day from Matt about everything "BUT" a notice that my order has even been shipped for crying out loud. I dunno maybe he's too high to actually run his business in a prompt professional manner.
So many awesome products! I LOVE the (alcohol free) vanilla drops - by adding a few drops in my water I am drinking WAY more water!! I love the CALM-mag that totally healed my period cramps! I love the B12-patches.
We love ordering from you and your prices are great however shipping has taken weeks in the past and two orders ago I had to contact multiple outlets ( facebook, email, telephone) to try to get ahold of someone because they forgot to ship our order. I get it that accidents happen but it left a bad impression. We decided to order again really just because of the prices and were pleasantly surprised at how quickly our order was shipped. Thank you and please keep that kind of great service consistent!

I love what the raw food world does, the close out specials and information out out. However, several times, I've had huge delays in shipping, and mistakes in the order itself. I will say customer service was kind and accommodating, but for the shipping costs and having been a member- I feel they could do better. I decided to cancel my membership due to this, as there wasn't that much benefit to it and I never know if everything will arrive in my order, or if I will have to wait extended periods for it. I think the integrity of the raw food world is there though- and that's excellent. They just need to shore up some logistics!

The people that work there are very nice and always very helpful. If you have a problem they will take care of it with not a lot questions asked. they always give some kind of credit on every order you place. I would shop no where alse.

I love my new yogurt maker, but I have a serious issue with the way it was packed by the warehouse staff, into the shipping box. The inner box was damaged...the outer not, so it was not the postal shipping service who caused the damage. Unfortunately, the warranty does not extend to damages from shipping, and this company does not have a replacement parts for this unit, so now I have a new 'damaged' yogurt maker.

Easy to order on the website. Lots of great info about the products, with links to other sources too, so helpful when making a decision as to whether a particular product is right for you. Easy to track parcel and delivered quickly. Have used before and also great service then. A business it is safe to trust. One of my favourites.
I am unable to state my view right now as I am still waiting on my order. I would like to say the tracking system needs updating as I haven't a clue where my order is right now e.g whether it is still in America or arrived to England?
