am not a fan of the packaging of the pouches of raw powders. it is difficult to cut open the plastic bag inside the pouch without losing some of the precious ingredients. there were no directions, but i assumed that once the plastic bag is opened that contents can be dumped into the pouch. the reclosable strip does not seem to close securely.

Great price. Received quickly. Product fresh as expected. Not the greatest tasting product, since i ordered due to someone else's review sayng that you can just take a handful of this delicious tasting pill and chew it! Not!!! Otherwise completely satisfied with shipping time, quality and value for the price!

I love what you guys offer - I just get a bit annoyed when the order comes incomplete or with different sizes - I would rather an email at order time to know in advance that something is not coming! Otherwise you're fast and efficient! Thanks for what you do!

I just placed an order at RFW and aside from the fact that it was a little overwhelming because of all the amazing superfoods, raw food yummies to choose from...(it really was hard not to go crazy ordering everything)...it was easy to check out and shipped quickly, along with communication from them personally via email! I would for sure order from them again! A nice touch...they send you a handwritten thank you along with a few free samples for you to try as well!

Matt treats people fairly and is a good business partner, giving high quality and service for purchases. Even when have had an issue with an item in an order or their system process malfunctioned he insures that a replacement or follow through happens right away. I've worked with Matt for over six years, and recommend his products and his business.

I have been delighted with everything I have ordered from RFW in terms of its high nutritional value and freshness. I have also found the customer service to be excellent. I always go for the end of one month & beginning of the next when RFW offers the at-cost-specials for both months at once. Those excellent prices give me a chance to try products to see what I like. Also, RFW sent out a mailing not long ago about some things they are selling through Amazon,com, so I was able to get an amazing deal on organic chia seeds using my Prime account and saving on postage. Also, I love the recipes, the positive news stories & watching Matt, Angela & Oriah in their Ecuadorian paradise.

To begin, I enjoy the structure and formatting of the website. Often, parties / companies that are in the line of business as Raw Food World, display websites that, frankly, appear unprofessional, shoddy and lack confidence in providing payment information. Raw Food World's site is excellent. Next, the ordering process, follow through and confirmation were just as I expected from a site of this caliber...excellent. I particularly like how the site does NOT store your credit card information. The only area of contention was the period of time I was expecting to receive the tracking code to follow my order. A few days passed from the period the site indicated I would receive confirmation the order shipped. I called the phone number listed and left a voice message inquiring about the matter. Within the hour, I received an email with the tracking code and confirmation the order shipped. In fact, I received everything the next day. I do not usually view delays like this negatively, as I realize shipping can sometimes happen later than is routine, but I am impressed with how quickly the company resolved things. The order itself came in a professional package accompanied by some free items and a copied, hand written letter by Matt Monarch, which I thought was a nice, personal touch. The ordered items (3 pin-hole glasses), were in perfect order, and exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and casing, especially when taking into account pricing. All in all, I felt the experience was outstanding, and I would highly recommend Raw Food World's services.

I received a package in the mail that admitted it did not send an item. It actually did not send TWO items. I still haven't gotten a refund as it says online. I called customer service twice and left a message. Still nothing. I would just like for them to send both items to me. They also sent me an item I did not order. Not as a gift, but as a mistake! It was infuriating.

Frustrating , they have to check the item at their store constantly. After a week of waiting and inqui ring the storekeeper told me they don't know when their order is icoming. They didn't even call me about it , I initiated asking.

After one day I could tell that I may feel better.
