All the staff are super friendly and helpful, sharing knowledge and helping me find products. Twice now, I've been able to hit the great deal on a gallon of coconut oil. Thank you! At checkout, however, most items I chose were beyond my budget. I'll be back someday soon I hope.

I have been impressed with the variety of products offered by The Raw Food World, and the quality and pricing of the products as well. I recently had a need to return something I bought, and the customer service was excellent.

I am quite happy with using the Yacon syrup but don't understand why some jars are nice and thin and others are very thick and grainy. I like to carry a small bottle with me and it is difficult to measure out when it is so thick.

I have been buying from the RFW for several years, you have some amazing products that differ from other companies, what distresses me is that your shipping fees are very high, espically if its to Europe, & on numerous occasion certain items were missing in my order & not only was i obliged to re-order but pay the shipment for the items i had previously paid & ordered, this happened twice in a row on one occasion(I did get a refund on the missing items) but had to reorder. this incident has caused me to be more cautious in my ordering, a pity for both parties, as i used to order on a monthly basis. Also that the wharehouse should check the expiration dates on items more regularly. i have bought items which was not on the "special" list that was due to expire in few weeks. I am glad i was able to voice my discontent, constructive critisims that was meant well. I shall continue to order with RFW only for the moment in a smaller scale. The people working in this company are kind, paitent & professional, always a pleasure to have them over the phone, it's the admistrative side that needs some tweeking.

My first time ordering , I ordered Reishi Spore Oil for a birthday present . I paid for expedited shipping for 1-2 days . ( I needed by 4 days , so left room for a late delivery ) . The order didn't arrive in time . I called and spoke with a wonderful rep . Who told me it was shipped the regular shipping . She refunded my shipping money . However my text updates and local post office said the order is still there . I called repeatedly throughout the day as did my wife . We tried the order line , the tracking line , and " all other inquiry line ". ( press 1 , 2, or 3 ) I got no response all day . I finally left a message saying I wanted a call back by 5 PM EST or I'm canceling my order . I was told it would be here by today Wednesday . The latest I could wait . At 6::30 Pacific Time ( 9:30 EST ) I got a message it is in route and I should get it by the end of week . Which she knew was unacceptable . If and when the product comes , I'm returning it and asking for a full refund. I will never do business with Raw Food Worlds again . I understand they are the largest natural food and supplement suppliers in the world . Loss of my business probably means nothing to them . However I am a person who spends an inordinate amount of money on the products they sell . Not just for myself , but others as well . Raw Food World may be big and have money , but they won't have mine or my associates . I am extremely disappointed . I was also told they had a few people quit . This the problems . Maybe Raw Food World should put money into the actual face of the business ? The sakes and warehouse . Anyways I don't even think they are worth the one star .

I ordered some goodies and didn't hear for a couple days about the shipping, so I wrote them and got a friendly response that they could try to get it to me in time for Easter, but maybe I would have to pay for expedited shipping. Well the package came in time for Easter and I was able to deliver on the gifts. I'm not sure what would have happened, had I not written about the order, when it would have been shipped that is. I wish in general the costs were lower, I would purchase more items, also I would like to understand the cost of shipping being on the higher side. I've always, always been highly pleased about the products that come. The chocolates got major praise! And that sample bag you send is really a nice touch. I will continue to tell people I meet about you. Matt, Angela, little Oria and team, I'm very pleased with what you are doing for the rest of us.

I have bought from Raw Food World for several years now. Excellent company. Any problem with my order and it has been taken care of right away. They sell some of the highest quality products. I will continue to purchase from them and have recommended them to several people.

I ordered some lotion and it must have been damaged in shipping and the enveloped arrived to me mangled, torn open, and with nothing in it. The PO delivered it to me that way anyway. Anyway, I notified customer service immediately and they sent me out another lotion right away and sent in in a box instead as to not repeat another shipping problem and it arrived to me promptly and in perfect condition. Mistakes do happen, but when mine occurred, I felt that Raw Food World made things right immediately and corrected things perfectly. They'll get my future business for sure....Happy customer here!

62 having been eating right and exercising but still cholestrol and BP went up, Md wants to put me on drugs , so I went on pewter to find the cause and not to mask symptoms. Damn Md put me on a cholestrol pill that if I took could have killed me since it is not to be take with Thyroid condition which I had cancer of Thyroid 20 years ago. Found another Md on Youtube of the 4 things causes this and two of them was B12 and Vit D-3 deficiency. Since I do take many supplements I look for ways to take not always in cap form and the patches did the trick ...My BP is down with minor climb but soon to be normal. I am happy and will turn other on to the patch Now for weight loss

We got online to compare the prices of vitamins and supplements that we buy locally in stores. Raw Food World had the brands we buy, but at much better prices. Ordering was easy and shipping was very fast. We were updated with emails all along the whole process.

Greetings, I have been recommending TRFW to clients, friends and acquaintances for years. At this point I must also warn them to not expect to get things to quickly. You guys have about the same time between the order and the customer receiving the product as nuts.c. [External reference] is pretty much setting the bar with customer service, arrival time as well as the ease of using their website. Not to mention they give free shipping on orders over $49. The order I received from you had an excessive amount of packaging. The saddest part of the whole thing is the lack of value of the "Peace Sticks" Seriously? Two short uneven sticks with a little bit of paint scratched off is hardly making me peaceful. It is not peaceful to take advantage of others by selling them trash you don't want. The most interesting thing about them is the game that you made up to play them with and nothing about the game comes with them. I bought them as a gift for Grandchildren. Should they have to look it up on your website just to play the game??!! That is ridiculous! I really need to figure out how to return them. I feel totally ripped off on that one. So, yea. I love you guys and will continue to recommend you but your slow, your shipping is high and I'm not sure what to make of the "Peace stick" rip off thing yet. Not to happy this time. Sincerely, CLC

Just got my order and right away put on the B12 patch, felt it within a very short time. I have issues with low B12. Tried the Reishi crystals too and felt that very quickly as well. I ordered alot of products and can't wait to try them all. I suffer from Lupus, fibromyalgia, chronic depression, chronic fatigue, and on and on. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired! I have a really good feeling about these products, and believe they will help transform my health, along with organic whole foods, etc. Thank you Matt Monarch for putting your videos out there, they do make a difference in peoples lives.

I've been a customer almost since they opened for business....still regularly buy from them...they have some great products and some items generally not found elsewhere...
