I really want to like ordering from this company, but as it stands, 2 out of 3 orders I have placed have been delayed or otherwise brought to a full stop. One of them was a replacement order for the original, so it truly is unfortunate that I have better odds at a blackjack table than it is to receive an order that is done properly and in a timely manner. Update: A representative contacted me and got my order squared away in a hurry, and was pleasant to deal with. I will go back and order again, and from the quick response time, I can tell this company will do alright as long as they can continue to be adaptive, resourceful and continue to advance.

I wouldn't even think twice about Not ordering from these guys. I felt very welcomed and they were grateful for my order, even though it wasn't that big. The selection of products is amazing and the prices right. An inspiration of a company. The quality of the products are also excellent.
This company always responds to emails quickly and product ships usually the same day. Love them !!!
I buy several products I like and consider them a good value. I find the site confusing, wordy and the listings redundant. Also the membership discounts should be posted automatically without my having to retrieve a code. Two orders in a row failed to credit my discount and I had to contact RFW to have it refunded. A mistake was made on my last order but was corrected promptly.
I choose to buy products from Matt Monarch because I see all the effort he puts into his company and I can tell he and his wife really care about the people they provide these products for. They go to a great deal of trouble to research every product they recommend. Thank You Matt and Angela
