i'm always in search of bettering my life, mentally and physically, so i was very happy when my friends turned me on to beautiful on raw face cream and this website. i've since ordered black maca, pine pollen & QuintEssential Optimum Mineralization 3.3. it hasn't been even a week of taking the supplements but i feel and think i look better already... :) i'm looking forward to trying out other products as well. my only suggestion for the company is to make sure that all products have suggested use. the black maca and the free samples of the chlorella they sent didn't come with any. i did email the company and they were quick to respond with suggested servings. i will recommend this company to everyone i know. thanks raw food world!

I have never had any problems with the Raw Food World and just appreciate all they do. The sales are always helpful and I love how the shipments are non-irradiated. All stars across the board. THANKS you Eternally.

I've been a customer for over 6 years and had no problems with my orders being processed correctly until last year. The first incident was resolved quickly once I contacted customer service. In the second incident I received 2 orders of the same items although I only ordered the items once and was charged once. Since I try to live by the golden rule and I didn't want any hassles down the road, I contacted customer service. They told me that it was an Amazon issue because Amazon processed my order but the link on Amazon for complaints was to Raw Food World. In the end I was told I could keep the extra items and so I have along with the emails between me and Raw Food World. Strange but true. I still don't understand how this doesn't hurt the company's bottom line and since I like RFW and want to continue to thrive I am concerned.

I was very impressed with how friendly and accommodating customer service was. I was helped by 2 represents who went over and beyond to answer my questions and made my first purchase a pleasant experience.

Went online and ordered product without any issues. A few days later, received all products ordered...as well as a Chlorella sample...all good!

I've placed my order September 5th and the status is still ''Approved for shipping'' BUT the money has been taken out of my bank account the day the order was placed! I've written a few times to the Customer Service but had NO replies.

I've been ordering from this company for several years, and have always been very satisfied with their products and service.

I ordered salt lamps from The Raw Food World that are just beautiful and a great buy. I have purchased salt lamps of the same quality for much, much more money! And they came so quickly, I was amazed!

I was very satisfied with the packaging and the delivery was much faster than I expected. But I only received the one product as the other was on backorder...I have had no other communication saying when to expect the item on backorder.

My package arrived quickly , all the way to Australia took approximately 8 days. Items were well packed and excellent quality. Just wish the Exchange rate for our dollar was better so I could order more. Also I appreciated the "do not irradiate" sticker on the package.

I have had a few issues with shipping in the past, mainly due to apparently rough treatment during shipping by the carrier. Also, with there being such a distance between the destination and origin of the package, it always takes far longer than I think it should to arrive (I'm always very anxious to receive my goodies) - 9 days to NC. This most recent order was received in excellent condition (except for one small dent in an aerosol can). That said, I can't say enough about the integrity and value this company offers. I have found the descriptions of their products to be reliably accurate. They have never failed to stand behind their products and their customer service is excellent. I have placed multiple orders over the years and look forward to ordering again soon. Grateful to have RFW as a reliable and trustworthy resource for quality, healthful products.

In my most recent order I did not receive one of the items I ordered and was charged for. In the past I have received a completely wrong order (someone else's) and have received damaged product. Sometimes I will receive an order within 2 days of ordering it and other times it has taken as long as 2 weeks. Like I said, my experience with this company is variable.

I have ordered several products from The Raw Food World and am always very satisfied with the quality of the product and it is always shipped right away. The packaging is designed for to keep the product fresh and available when your need arises.
