Royal jelly from new supplier touted as better than the previous one, but now in #1 plastic jar (toxicity..?) with unnecessarily fancy lid. Keep it simple and as healthy as possible. I'll go back to the previous product (in a glass jar) from another supplier.

So, I would love to see a new website with a different UI. I am not liking that an order number is generated before I actually pay. It would be fine to receive an email that I have something in the cart... but it got confusing for a moment when I wanted to add another item but a number was generated and an email was sent... all before I actually submitted the order. The products are cool, no issues there. Would love to have free shipping with a purchase at or above a certain amount. I would order more often if it weren't for the shipping costs. I often search other locations for same or similar products so that I can keep costs down. But I really would like to order from you guys.

Straight forward company. Nothing sneaky or weird. What you see is what you get. I've been ordering for several years. I like that the shipping prices are fairly low. I would have to find another resource otherwise. I like getting recipes and ideas from them, too. I love trying new raw vegan food....and old time favorites, as well.
