I am a first time user of Chorella-Ashwaganda. I emailed customer service for a recommended dosage rate for Chorella-Ashwaganda and was told that information cannot be provided due to legal reasons and that I should consult my doctor. However, there is a dosage rate stated on your website. What's going on?

This was my first time ordering from The Raw Food World. The items I ordered came very quickly and were packaged very well. They put free samples and coupons in with my order, along with a letter from the owner of the company to thank us for our business. I thought it added a nice personal touch that you don't get other places. I would definitely order from them again!

The lotion that I ordered had a pump dispenser on it. Not only did the dispenser get permanently broken, there was lotion spilled in the bubble wrap and on the inside of the shipping box and paperwork. Not fun. I am glad I still had my old bottle/dispenser so I can use that one on my new bottle. Needs to be packaged better so it doesn't move around in the box and protect the pump dispenser. It is expensive lotion and I was disappointed that I lost some of it to poor packing.

I have ordered from this family before, & yes you feel like family once you place your order. Large selection of health products & quick, acurate delivery. I am so glad I found them several years ago & am happy to continue to support them.

My package arrived with damage from the post office. I took a picture of the damaged package, then opened it and salvaged what I could, and emailed customer service to request replacement of the two items that were damaged. A package was received from UPS within days, with my 2 replacement items packed super well. Great job!

I found this book to be totally insubstantial. There were some general ideas for using raw food for weight loss but nothing that could be followed and used. The last number of pages were just sales links to products available to buy at The Raw Food World. This is not a $10 ebook value. More of a sales pamphlet for products in The Raw Food World. Very disappointing because I think Anglea's story is very compelling and could be of great value to people wanting to lose weight in a healthful way, but if this were their first introduction to such a regime I think they would not take it any further.

I was informed that my items were on back-order & given the option to wait or cancel. I was very happy that I was able to add on another item, with discounts & no additional shipping fees. Everything was priced at really good rates. When I finally received my order, I was really glad that it was fresh from the manufacturer with a long shelf life. It was worth waiting for. I would definitely continue to be a customer as they usually try to do their best to provide excellent products, prices & service.

The products are great and ones you can trust. I had ordered the Dragon Blood. Even though the directions are on the bottle.......the bottle is very small so the writing is incredibly tiny and un-readable without a magnifying glass. It would have been great to have had the instructions on a printed page inserted with the shipment. Packaged well & shipped quite timely.

Items are constantly on back order, but that is not reflected on the website. I have had to email the company asking where my products are. However, they have the best quality stuff, in my opinion, so I do not have much of a choice but to just deal.
