I've ordered numerous products from The Raw Food World over the years. They don't always have the lowest price found online, but often they do. They have a wider selection of raw dried fruits than anywhere else I've shopped – and I've shopped around a lot!

I thought the super foods as a one month package was a fantastic idea. That would be great to start and then I can adjust to where ever suits my needs. But there's no instructions on all these new things. Not even a suggested guide or roughly recommended way to consume anything. A starter kit or bundle is for new people, people who don't know how to make their own kit. Other then that I did receive samples. Who doesn't love that. And it arrived in tact and quickly.

I was very impressed with how fast the order was processed and delivered. The product is superior. I will order again !!!

I think my order was not shipped because 1 out of 3 items was on back-order. It should have been mentioned on the item page before ordering it; however, if in the interim of my ordering it happened at that moment to run out, I should have been notified by the customer service staff. After almost a week I had to contact them to find out why my order had not shipped and was notified then. I was told my other items could be sent and with expedited shipping at no extra charge, which I said yes please. But by the end of the next day, my order has still not shipped. I'm pretty disappointed.

Love the freshness and high quality of your products. I cannot find a store in my area whose products can compare.

I enjoy Matt Monarch and interesting web-site, good products. I feel the website seems unorganized. It is hard to find product even if I do a search site for it. I ended up going through at least 3/4 catalog via his web-site to find some products I was looking for and it took over several hours to place an order. I feel the website needs to be re-done and improve the organization of the products and how to quickly find them. Maybe sometimes the products are there and then another time they are not because of (possibly) the way you purchase, I understand, but then it needs to be updated regularly. I had ordered Mega Hydrate POWDER through Amazon and noticed it came from Raw Food World but it was capsules and I paid a lot more for the powder so I sent it back and asked for the POWDER trying to explain it and they sent the capsules again through Raw Food World. I noticed the bottle said capsules but the plastic bag label said powder so someone messed up in packaging which I am guessing was Raw Food World's end. I tried to communicate this label mess up with Amazon which is very hard because of no phone # and very limited ways of communicating, and again tried to explain the situation and wanted the POWDER but they just gave me a refund. I was really disappointed because I use the POWDER. I figured Raw Food World probably had a huge miss-packaging, never the less looked for it on my last order with Raw Food World but they didn't have the POWDER, just the capsules. Wondering where I can get the Mega Hydrate - POWDER - form. Thank you,

I made an order with you and am concerned about delivery time. I was told on the 16th that the order had been shipped, today is the 22nd and it hasn't come. You are probably saying 7 to 10 business days; within the US I kinda think it should be here by now. With your business the most important thing is timely delivery of orders. Thank you

I tried to place my order, but made a mistake with the credit card #. I couldn't correct it. After trying, I was bounced off. I love Matt and his products. You can't buy many of these products anywhere else. 4 stars because I couldn't make the correction.

I have been ordering from The Raw Food World for a few years now and have always been very happy with all of the products and the customer service! Thank you Raw Food World!

I've received my order 10 days ago and tried unsuccessfully since then to get a hold of someone at customer service through emails but NOTHING. No one cares! The Raw Food World has become a shadow of it's former self. Since the money came pouring in, customer service has become the least of their concern. What we do get is tons of family videos and advertising. Once they get your money, they just don't give a damn. That was my last order.

I recently ordered goji berries and cocoa nibs and they are both very high quality and the prices were very good. I have had goji berries from other companies which were not as moist and plump as these were. I would definitely order again. I also ordered some raw crackers which were really tasty. Actually better than I thought they would be! I love that this company exists and there are healthy options for people who want to stop eating processed food and live a healthier lifestyle!

If it's not right, they'll make it right. This is a company you can trust. And they have great products that have changed my eating habits for the better!! I've learned a lot from Matt and Angela.

I enjoy the company, for without it there is a world lacking in new ideas, food groups one would never even fathom. That is all about the riches of God's creation. He made these for our pleasure as He created us for His. I am always excited about a new type of food and amazed at how jam-packed full of good things they are filed with. RFW i have been ordering from for some time now. No regrets whatsoever.

Love your products but you send me an email everyday, sometimes two or more a day. That is too much. I belong to a co-op. I source most things I need through them as we buy as locally as possible. I feel much pressure from you to buy from you. I buy what I buy from you. I have my own ideas about health and diet. I do my own research.
