I love the products and special offers, however the customer service could have been better. They were not able to solve my issue and did not offer me a discount or coupon. I will probably still order again with hopes they can improve.
I placed my first order and received it in less time than expected. When I returned to site I could not log in. I sent a message and received a response from Matt Monarch personally with the fix to my access woes! Though I have limited income I know that what I do spend here is going to quality products!

Nice friendly web presence and customer service. However, didn't like some of the raw foods I purchased.

They are a business I trust as their item descriptions are thorough and the owners are transparent and accessible. Matt & Angela are honest their judgment is sound. Most of all, I love their running discounts. .

Great selection of products in one spot. I like the sales. Shipping was fast. When i use the website on my phone and i go back to the main page it always auto scolls me to the bottom of the page so I have to scoll up again. Otherwise website was easy to use and find stuff.
