I'll preface this review by saying that I am a fan of Matt Monarch (the owner) and the information he puts out. So, my opinion might be a little biased. But, I have ordered from them many times and the service has always been great. The few times I have had a question it has been answered quickly. The orders always comes with free gifts. The quality of the products is extraordinary. I wish more companies cared about their customers like The Raw Food World does. They are helping to create a healthier world.
I love the products Matt carries and the level of care put into what he carries. He applies a personal touch to everything he sells.
Extremely please with my experience ordering Lucuma powder. I looked everywhere including top health food companies and could not find it. The order came quickly and I received a Christmas card from the family/owners with pictures and everything. Love partnering with this group, hope you do too!
They offer a wide variety of trustworthy products, good value and unbeatable sales. 4 stars is because you can't be in a hurry and shipping costs are a little rough.
Although the Raw Food World is an international company, there is a small mom and pop feel to it and they really care about their customers.

I received my most recent order quickly, even in this busy holiday season. The quality, as always, was excellent. The orders always come with a few extra samples which are a fun bonus, but this time I got a nice gift as well as the samples. I have never been disappointed in The Raw Food World, and consider it one of my all-time favorite places to buy good organic products.

My items were packed with great care, there was no chance of leaks or breakage - really important for mail order. The shipping was fast and easy - everything was processed in a timely manner, and I received tracking information as soon as the package shipped out. The products are of very good quality, exactly as described. Finally, I contacted the company via email with a question which was unrelated to my specific order. Less than an hour later, I received an email back from the owner/founder of the company himself. He is currently running the customer service end himself. He wasn't even in the country at the time, but had left for 2 weeks to run a planned retreat. Still, the response was super fast and very helpful too - my questions/ concerns were answered clearly. I wholeheartedly recommend the Raw Food World.
Excellent experience. Great selection and prices. The well-packaged order was shipped and arrived in a timely manner. The free samples and personal note from Matt was a nice touch. The note also said a coupon code that will always work was included but I didn't find the code.

It`s nice to deal with people who care, love what they are doing, know what they are talking about and deep researching there products before selling them. I love the products and what they offer. You make a difference in peoples lives for sure just hope more people will listen, learn and understand the truth about natural foods and natural healing products. I don`t have a story to tell I do read all the horror medical stories about people getting sick from bad habits and bad foods, I feel for them. I am 60 years old healthy, wildly active and trying to stay that way as long as I can. Keep up the good work.
As a first time customer who stumbled into this store chasing Artisana nut butters, I was very pleased to find a wonderful assortment of raw foods at fair prices. The shipping was fast, the packaging was done well & the attention to detail was impressive. I really liked the photo card from the owner & his family. I am planning to reorder again, as many of these items are unavailable at my local & specialty food stores.
