I really enjoy going to your sites. I even like receiving your different e-mail, which, in light of all the newsletters and email I get from the online places I get, is a huge compliment. You seem like nice people, and I'm all for giving my business to the smaller companies that genuinely care. My only complaint is to maybe lower your shipping costs. I'm in California, adding 8.95 shipping fees (I think it was recently) to my bill bumps your prices up significantly - to the point where I can't buy some things when I want to because I don't need enough items to justify the high additional cost. Priority, or even regular ol' First class postage is quite sufficient as far as speed goes. If you offered something like that, I would be purchasing a whole lot more, and more willing to try some of the cool items that you talk about in your emails. Thanks a bunch!

There have been times when ordering products, I received certain parts of the order two months later. If I hadn't call to check (several times), I would have never received the item. I just placed an order on January 3rd, because of the holiday special, and have yet to hear about shipping status. I know the company is under transition. I hope things get better.

It was easy to place an order and received immediate email confirmation. Package arrived in good shaped with no damage and with nice assortment of samples. I ordered between Christmas and New Years so delivery was a little slower than normal, but arrived in good time.

I have experienced the standard ups and downs over ordering as RFW has grown over the years. I've even made my personal mistakes of ordering too much just because of the discount. Overall, I have received some good deals and learned of new products. I do have to say though there have been a couple great customer service reps that I have appreciated.

I have been using RawFood for years. And yet there has not been time where my order was complete. There is always something on back order or one of the nut bags were rancid. Have to say customer service is excellent. They respond right away and take care of the issue either refunding or replacing damaged product

If you read Conrad Hilton's autobiography .inspiring..starting a hotel business in the depression on the middle of the dust bowl.Oaklahoma no less .he states no great accomplishment is achieved with out help...a bell boy lent him food money for example..Would not Matt be better self served by choosing his strength and goal and put a star in distribution and focus on what he one of the few in the world is gifted to do..vision ..in my option and stop the long exhausting list of health maybe's ..the super kits say it best basically then the super extras..and get us all on continuity..built everyone wise enough to hear and recommend him to get their kit protocol primal..another top nutritionist ,a lady states the only way vegan way succeeds is by preparation or something occurs to pull one off and whose voice and ever growing insight is better anywhere in the world except our very own Matt!! What's the goal .Love Lovell

After waiting a week I inquired as to my order status. That got the ball rolling for them to ship it. They charge a flat rate of $20 to ship domestically and the tracking number says a day after shipping it is still in the local processing center. I saw they cost more but I am not sure why.

I was touched when I received my extra gifts and beautiful, hand written card from the beautiful Monarch family. I actually cried that there are such caring, loving people in this world. I view myself (and have been informed from others) that I am caring and loving toward others, I am a massage therapist, it's wonderful to personally feel this from people I don't even know personally.
