The website, itself, is poor, as far as the Searches, go. You put in a precise product or manufacturer that you even know they have, & it USUALLY turns up with nothing. (you may need to add a 'very'-if they have a product listed, that way.) Long ago, they said they were aware if this searching issue & working on it. - Nothing ever changed.. When writing Customer Service (as no one answers the phone), the answers you receive are ALWAYS incomplete,- NEVER addressing ALL your concerns or questions about a product...which should already be listed, anyway. You write again & the response is STILL incomplete. They, sometimes, don't even know what is on their own site, as I have been referred there for info that is absent. When a product is under their own label, all the information should be available-including ingredients, as there is no other manufacturer to look up. This info is frequently absent, & it's back to emailing Customer Service. I very much like the videos & video information provided by Matt, - but beyond that, it has been a lot of trouble, time, & frustration - locating items & obtaining proper information - in the desire to be an educated consumer. I have placed large orders- but less frequently now, - due to the above,.... & comparatively high shipping rates - which seem to negate the savings that they issue, each month.

Prompt reliable service......accurate order, well packaged. I was a little nervous to place my first order, but I took the plunge and I am so happy that I did.

I really like supporting you as you and I have similar politics and intention. However, I was really disappointed in the Benefits program. I was told by your literature that you would give me 30% off on products like Maca Powder but there was no way I could access that online and I did call once and the support staff gave me the discount but without much clarity and no idea of what I should do the next time I wanted to order. It became so hard to buy and get the benefits of the benefit program I unsubscribed. I will still buy from you and I would rather you stand by your word of your advertising than send me all the gifts you send with the orders. The last order I put in the comment section that I was still a member of the benefits program and wanted the 30% discount and that seemed to have been ignored. Happy Holidays and may this year take you further on your growing curve of your business.

I Love this company. They have great products and the service is excellent also. I was really impressed when the box arrived and there was a big red sticker across the front that said "Organic Food Product do not irradiate" and they are giving 17% off for the holidays and giving away a lot of stuff.

The Raw Food World is an amazing, affordable resource for vegan or vegetarian raw or high-raw consumers! I bought multiple varieties of seed crackers and other products from them (cacao nibs + chia seed and more) and their price + shipping (and frequent coupon codes and other gifts) are often competitive with large online retailers who ship free. They also have the largest selection of high-quality pure foodstuffs around (I get tired of shopping locally and being limited by raw selection). But price aside, this is the most heartful, caring company that I know of... they send notes and free gifts with orders because they care about customers for life. They make the sweetest videos and such to share their caring company values (I'm really tired of large corporations who offer zero Soulful interaction and just want your dollar). I look forward to ordering more products (particularly vitamins and such) from their company from now on and knowing that by eating my high-vibe diet and ordering products from The Raw Food World I'm loving myself and another family, too.
