Installation was really neat and easy and the lift takes up much less room space than we thought it would. Has already received much more use than we expected. Even though I can still use the stairs I don't take the risk of carrying things up and downstairs. I send them in the lift.
The installation of our lift was seamless and took just 3 days. Very impressed with Stiltz installation team with all disciplines arriving on the first day to handle anything that arose. Very efficient and focused.
We were very happy with the installation of the lift and are pleased with the simplicity and style of it. A neighbour demonstrated the Stiltz lift he'd had installed and also told us about the annual maintenance charge. There are three areas post installation matters that we are disappointed with: i) A maintenance contract for 5 yrs costing almost £3,000 (our neighbour pays just £100 for an annual check). No reply has been received to the letter we wrote about this many weeks ago. ii) the lift stopped and after trying to restart it we used the emergency phone to contact Siltz: no one responded to the two calls we made. It was a Saturday evening and if I'd been alone would have been v. worrying. iii) the day after the installation I noticed a small chip in the front of the lift door.l I phoned to mention it as long term we wanted to be sure that if it created a difficulty Stiltz would be aware of it. Twice I raised it with Stiltz and was told someone would phone back to date no one has. However, the lift works quietly, is unobtrusive & an asset in aiding access.

Gettin* the Stiltz lift in was the best thing I’ve ever done. Workmen were clean and efficient. Friends tell me how unobtrusive it is, and it has allowed me to enjoy my home even more.
We were delighted with the service from Stiltz right from ordering through to delivery and commissioning. he lift has proved to be everything that we expected.
I cannot fault the Classic Duo, I can't imagine how we managed before it's installation. It is easy to operate and has many features to keep it's user. and their family, safe. The two fitters were very effective and informative throughout the installation. The reason I have only given 4 stars is because we had a little mix-up regarding the siting of the lift initially, and later there was an accident where the plumber put his feet through the ceiling. However Stiltz have now re-skimmed the whole ceiling, and all is well.
Everyone at Stiltz from the admin staff to the wonderful builders and fitters, were fabulous. They were all kind and courteous and did a wonderful job. I cannot fault them at all, especially the building team who encountered some difficulties but they worked everything out and did a marvellous job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Stiltz may not be the cheapest, but they are definitely the best. Thank you Stiltz for making my life so much easier.
Excellent firm very very good workmen polite and tidy a little unhappy to pay extra for asbestos removal as none was removed just a board screwed to ceiling lift is expensive without extras over all a good product and a good company lift is very stylish looking

I am writing this review from the perspective of someone who lives next door to someone who has a Stiltz home lift. I live in a semi-detached house. My neighbours recently had a Stiltz lift installed in their house (May 2022) with one part of the lift going to a first floor bedroom and the other into their ground floor dining room. The lift has clearly been installed in the bedroom presumably a few feet away closest to the wall which is where our properties are attached. As a result we can regularly hear the lift when in operation. Nightly when my elderly neighbour goes to sleep like clockwork we hear the noise of the lift around 2300 going up from the ground floor and vice versa in the morning. Then we hear the clunking and banging of the lift door when they are getting in or out. I just want anyone who is considering buying one of these lifts who lives in a semi detached property to be aware of this. The other issue people may experience is that we live in a semi-rural area which suffers with power cuts in bad weather. Therefore running the risk of someone being stuck in the lift if they were using it in a power cut. Stiltz- not quite sure why you are suggesting that I put a T.V on to drown out the noise of the lift when we are trying to go to sleep at 11pm. Or don’t want to be woken at 0600am when my neighbour uses the lift to get to the toilet downstairs! That makes no sense!
I've just written a long review on Google, so I won'd do the same here, except to say that I am absolutely delighted with the Stiltz lift installed in my mother's home. As is she. It looks great. 4 weeks in, it works great and the whole process was efficient, simple, stressless and friendly. The workmen were friendly, tidy and polite. Really good experience.
Absolutely delighted with our Trio home lift. Stiltz took care of every aspect of the job from planning and surveying through to installation in a caring and professional manner. We now have our ‘bungalow’ without having the upheaval of moving house!
Arrived as promised and fitted well and courteously. Slight problem with door but the installers sorted that quickly. Stopped on day 1 but service maintenance folks fixed within 24 hrs. Running smoothly and follow up good. Awaiting Building Regs certificate.

From start to finish the process was straightforward. All Stiltz staff we encountered were professional and helpful. The installation went very smoothly. It started and finished on time. The two fitters were expert craftsmen and totally committed to delivering the best end result. They excelled. We are very pleased with the installed lift.
We needed the lift installed urgently and Stiltz complied. The technicians were well trained and knowledgeable about the product and answered all our questions. Neat installation and clean up - would highly recommend.
The installation of the Stiltz homelift went smoothly and we are pleased with the result. My only concern is the cost, which would make this prohibitive to many disabled and/or elderly people.
