I purchased a Chord Mojo 2 DAC as an upgrade from the Audioquest Dragonfly Cobalt (which is a great little bit of kit). The Mojo delivers impressive sound, has a solid quality feel and though a bit quirky the system of coloured lights is easy to get used to. The Mojo is well packaged and a pleasure to unbox with the only slight niggle being that included power cord is ludicrously short and therefore hard to use. Overall this is a good step up in sound for me when listening on headphones, I'm very pleased. Having placed the online order with SSV I was then told that the Mojo was out of stock, however this seemed very temporary and it was shipped within 24 hours, so quick dispatch. Initial progress with DPD was good but Oban is not somewhere they deliver directly to so, as routine, such parcels are passed to a local delivery partner (in this case Oban Distibution Services). This hand over to the local delivery company combined with a weekend and a bank holiday meant several days delay (not a big surprise). This wouldn't have been too bad but, even though we were at home, they then left the parcel on our mailbox which is at the roadside and about 70 metres from our actual house (rural location), anybody passing by could have simply picked up the parcel and taken it. It is a shame there isn't an option to have a tracked delivery with Royal Mail, I estimate it could have been with me 3 days sooner and would have been delivered to our door.

Picked up a couple of pairs for B&W headphones from SSAV. Ordered on Tuesday evening and they were delivered Thursday morning. Ordering was very straight forward using PayPal. Website was clear which were in stock and which might involve a wait.

The staff at the Solihull branch, Wayne and Tom, could not have been more helpful. Nothing was a problem to them and I would happily recommend them to anyone interested in buying audio-visual equipment.
Used several times over the years. Never been disappointed with any aspects of the service. The recent purchase of outside PSB speakers was again perfect. An open box saving me over £300 was incredible. The speakers were perfect, as new and performance was as expected. Definitely recommended and personally I will use again.
