What a fantastic service. I ordered my Sonos Arc at 13.30 on Monday and it was delivered by DPD at 10.30 on Tuesday! Also it is an ex display item for which you gave me a good price yet it is in pristine condition as new and packed well. Thank you very much. Stumbled across the shop in Manchester by chance and I was also thinking about upgrading my record player. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and let me buy the new record player and have money off to trade in my old one. Delivery was personal and they took my old record player in the same transaction. Perfect all round.

The Guys in the Tunbridge Wells store managed to diagnose a problem with my Naim CD player, in store, there and then and saved me the time and effort and cost of sending it off to Naim when that was not needed. These chaps know what they are talking about.
