I was gutted when my remote control for my NAD amp met with a nasty accident. I looked everywhere for a replacement but only came across replicas ( which I would not trust) . I rang Sevenoaks in Solihull and spoke to Tom. He was extremely helpful and said he would check to see if their workshop new of any. He rang back and told me that the remote model no longer existed, but they could get a different model which did exactly the same as the old one. He said they could get it sent to me. He did and contacted me to tell me it was on it's way. He told me to ring him when it arrived and I'd tried it, to make sure it was OK. He did all that for a remote control . Fabulous service , fabulous experience. Would highly recommend. Thank you Tom.

One of our HiFi speakers died so we needed a replacement. We booked an appointment with Sevenoaks Brighton and spent 1.5 hours listening to various speakers. They set up a Naim streamer and amplifier system which they felt was closest to ours to drive the speakers and we chose to purchase a pair of Sonus Faber Sonnato III G2. They also explained they felt Qobuz provides the best audio quality streaming (it does having compared side by side). Sevenoaks then arranged 12 months interest free credit. Next they delivered the new speakers to our home and took away the old ones. Finally they reminded us to register the speakers with Sonys Faber to claim an eight year warranty.

I first contacted Sevenoaks Sound and vision to set up an audition for some hi-fi that I was considering. The staff were very knowledgeable, very helpful and very welcoming. They made recommendations for alternative equipment and nothing was too much trouble for them. The dedicated listening room was ideal. They contacted me after the auditions by phone to get my feedback, which I really appreciated, and they advised me regarding special deals on the equipment I was considering. Fabulous service from first phone call to final purchase and great aftercare. Highly recommended.

The best customer service I have experienced from any purchase I've made...ever. I brought a pair of Meze 105 headphones on the Friday but enquired about Saturday delivery. Unfortunately the delivery charge price was astronomical, so Rob (I believe that was his name) delivered my item, by hand, to our doorstep, same day! I cannot recommend/praise this shop enough. Great product & 11/10 customer service!
I have had a long association with this particular dealer, and it was so gratifying to know that after 15 years of not attending, salesperson Bill remembered me from the last kit I bought. I gave my brief and over 3 months i attended and reattended to evolve my thoughts and opinions with Bill's help to finally settle on equipment that satisfies me utterly - quality, aesthetics and of course sound. I have a smile from ear to ear each day running it all in. I will grow old (er) and with what I have chosen. A fabulous experience. I will miss going to Sevenoaks Loughton....until the next time!
