An overall pleasant experience from beginning to end. The initial phone inquiry (Andy F) was most helpful. Our visit to their premises (Andy F and Paul) was polite and informative. The best part was the installation day (Andy F and Paul) when the aforementioned did more than what was expected, in fact above and beyond to be exact. Great attention to detail was given, since my wife was particular about no wires being shown. To satisfy her is no easy task! Seriously, they make business transactions quite simple - be polite, be friendly and know what you are doing. These combinations make the difficult task of parting with money, much easier! Well done to these two individuals.
Very efficient and great service. In this instance I knew what I wanted so didn't need too much advice-but from dealing with the Loughton store in the past I know they are very knowledgeable and always there with lots of advice and assistance if required.
Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly; they were able to demo a NAD M10 V3 for me there and then, which was a huge plus. Highly recommended.
