I ordered a NAD c658/c298 combination as clearance ex-display items from the outlet store, only to find on arrival that the c298 had issues, possibly only cosmetic but the case was missing several screws, and the unit had clearly been around for some time (understandable for an ex-display). I contacted support via email to receive a prompt reply, which I followed up with a phone call the upshot of which was a prompt offer to replace the unit with a newly listed (at a higher price) clearance item at no cost. The unit was shipped to the Sevenoaks store (my local outlet) for me to collect in exchange for the original unit. Thanks to Oliver in support and James, manager of the Sevenoaks store, for a prompt solution. Both items have since been installed and are working perfectly.
