I was looking to upgrade my headphones and needed a quality pair with large ear cups and at a reasonable price. Using chat, I was able to get the dimensions of the cups on the headphones I was interested in. Then, I bought them from the Clearance area on their website, saving a good amount of money in the process. A great deal and great sound!

I went to Sevenoaks as I needed a set of new speaker cables. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. I had hoped to reuse a couple of plugs but these proved no good, so new ones were supplied FOC. The cables were made up in no-time and are now installed and working perfectly. What not to like!

My error (wrong item ordered - returned). Nonetheless, shipping was very quick, the item was as it should have been, and the returns process was painless. Customer service matters at every stage, so I would definitely order from this company again.

Bought a pair of Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones, Paul was very knowledgeable and helpful and having used them they are as good as I was told. Sound great, noise cancelling brilliant, very comfortable too

Edit - after the 1star review I was contacted and the headphones were replaced for a standard (non limited) px8. I’m unsure I would have got a call without the review. The standard px8 retail at £200 less than the faulty ones being replaced. B&W still have the Ltd version available but SOSV said they could not get them. SSOV said they would return the original faulty headphones and get a credit back from B&W, so I guess they end up £200 better off as they are returning a £700 pair and replacing them with a £500, so still 2 star. I bought some Bowers & Wilkins PX8 McLaren headphones from the Nottingham branch. Unfortunately they begun falling apart? Which is not something you would expect from headphones costing £700. They were still in warranty, I contacted Sevenoaks by phone and email while the product was still in warranty and have been ignored, not even a returned call or response. Selling is the easy part, customer services when something goes wrong it the true test of a company.
