Rang the Cheltenham store to confirm a clearance item was still available and as described. It was. Person I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable, and we had a great chat while payment went through, delivery was confirmed etc. I should add the item ordered is working well, better than the kit it replaced, and it has enhanced my listening experience. Overall excellent service. Won't hesitate to use Sevenoaks again if/when 'upgraditis' next strikes!

We really enjoyed our visit to Sevenoaks Cambridge showroom. They have a great demo room and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We bought a hi-fi that was perfect for our requirements and were given useful advice on cabling and speaker stands.
