The whole experience is bad. The quality of the dresses are not that good given the offered high prices. ordering the dress is the worst. you have to do you their staff work. you have to follow up the order, remind them every time of the event date & shipment date. also, you have to think on behalf of them of solutions once there is a problem, as it is not their problem. REMEMBER, there is always delays. They will almost never send your dress on time.

I've bumped into Miss Dressy website by absolute luck whilst on google. I've researched the company and read the 'about us' section , explored all designers and available dressed and looked for the yellow lock to ensure reliable / no fake websites and indeed I've ordered my 1st dress few weeks back and got it on time. I have several weddings coming up so I've decided to make my 2nd purchase from there as well until then this website has been part of my daily internet surfing until I've discovered this GREAT and reliable service, the instant chat with agents which I found very useful and relieving - I used to ask the agents to count with me the days to ensure I'd get it before my wear date. I salute you Miss Dressy and hoping I'd get my 2nd dress on time before my wear date on Aug 12th :) Highly recommended and you'd find all your choices!

I'm a regular customer , I have a lot of orders from this site and every time I have +ve experience , they deliver on the agreed time that can be known before placing the order , just make sure you reach out to their customer service who are exceptionally working for 24/7 round, dresses have original and wonderful qualities , although they are still offering exchange / return, I would recommend this company to everyone who is shopping online , they are secure to order .

Hello everyone , I ordered a wonderful wedding gown from this site it was Allure style, the dress came FANTASTIC , and all my dreams come true in this dress , the dress came on time and it was really much more beautiful that the photo, I would recommend this site for bridal gowns, they have friendly customer support who helps in choosing and checking the delivery time before placing the order, I <3 U Missesdressy !!!!!

I bought twice in this store. First time I chose a dress for my daughter and it arrived as planned and agreed with the parts. It took a long time but it worked for me. The dress is gorgeous! The picture is really and it showed details really well. I am waiting for the second dress to arrive. Placing the order this time was a little harder as we had to go payment protocol which was a hassle. Anyway i expect it was worth it! I will place another review asap.

I have ordered 2 dresses on this website so far and neither of them has arrived. The first one was ordered in February and it was stated that it would be shipped on June,21. I wanted to wear the dress for my graduation party on June, 25, and, taking in account that international delivery takes from 2 to 3 days, I thought that everything would be fine. But As days went by, I decided to make some sort of Plan B and ordered one more dress that was marked as "shipping today". However, the dress shipped one or even two weeks later. The tracking number at USPS didn't work. Upon asking, I received another one. My dress has been stuck at a sort facility in US since June, 14. I am very disappointed with this. I had hopes that the first dress would arrive in time, but on the 20th ot 19th of June I received a letter saying that Missesdressy is sorry for the delay : shipping has been put off til September. Do I need to say say that I spent the following week desperately looking for a new dress? I must admit that Customer service did well and they always answered my questions without taking too much time. They also told me that the problem was with the proper designer warehouse(sherri hill), and I think it might be true. But I would advise to order well before the event you're preparing for. In my case, 5 months was not enough.

Would not work with me for a return. I was willing to do an exchange for a more expensive dress and it was still a NO. I would have ordered 2 more dresses (one for me and another for my daughters prom) but THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED IN WORKING WITH ME. WHAT A SHAME!!!!

The site is awesome. I’ve purchased for my daughter La Femme Prom dress that looked very good on the site and when we’ve got the actual dress it looks even better.
