If you're reading this it's probably for one of the same reasons that I was. You're wondering if you should order from this website or maybe you already ordered and you've already run into the question: where is my dress?? Well that's what happened to me. My prom is June 7th. I ordered my dress May 23rd and was told my dress would be here by the 28th. Then on the 28, I got an email saying that they didn't have the dress in stock so they had to order it from a warehouse and that the dress would be here June 3rd. (Just 4 days before my prom.) Well today is June 3rd and as of right now, I am sitting here without my dress. I had emailed the site and was getting very vague responses about where my dress was and when it would be here. I decided to read some reviews and realized that most people had a similar experience that I did. So I had enough and I decided I would call and thank god. Had amazing customer service. They assured me my dress was shipping out tonight and would be here by tomorrow or Thursday at the latest! Though it started out rough I am praying I get the dress in time. But my advice....buy from a local store or from Prom Girl....

wow! amazing website!!!! easy navigation - they got a wide selection of items (dresses, shoes - just what a girl needs!!!) but it's easy to trim the choices down with their search tools and filter, can't be any harder to get to the bottom of what you're looking for - especially if you're undecided yet of what to buy. 2 thumbs up for fast delivery! thanksssss!

My experience with MissesDressy was absolutely great, my shipping arrived like 8 days later before I sent my order, and it was in perfect condition. I am not usually one to write reviews or even contact companies with my disgust after placing an order, but MissesDressy.com seems to have the worst possible rules, and they ignore all attempts at getting a situation fixed. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! They DO NOT warn you that you CANNOT SHIP to an address that is different than the billing address without *providing them a photo ID!!* I will never provide a photo ID to an online website that I am placing an order through...especially when EACH TIME I contacted them, a foreigner answered the phone. I'm sorry, but I cannot afford to have my identity or personal information stolen. I have made MANY online orders for my upcoming wedding, placing purchase with my mother's credit card, and having items sent to my house (in a separate state), and NONE of them have ever asked me to send them a physical image of my driver's license. That is ridiculous that they didn't state that when I was inputting my order, and they refused time and time again to send it to my address, no matter how many times I offered to provide them with all of the information I'd provided upon order. My mother and I still share the same last name, for crying out loud, and yet they did not show any emotion, nor did they respect my requests to have upper management call me. And I could not cancel the order because they will still charge the card 50% of the total order to cancel it...I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS HORRIBLE WEBSITE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered my wedding dress here, as it was an special order it took a few months, but I received it three days before the expected day, I love it, it's beautiful and in perfect conditions, clean and pressed, just how they told me I would get it. While I was waiting for the dress I use the chat several times and they were very helpful and polite. I'm very pleased with the customer service, the dress and the price I paid. I highly recommend MissesDressy.

This company has a tricky and misleading return policy. Also provided false and misleading information about the transaction to American Express. YOU ARE PRETTY MUCH STUCK WITH WHAT YOU ORDER. They say they give a store credit. However, when we exchanged dresses, they charged us for the second dress and did not use the store credit. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

28 апреля 2014г. заказала платье. Волновалась и переживала по поводу оплаты, доставки, качества. Казалось, что все как- то мутно. Непонятный он- лайн с орфографией на "3" (потом поняла, что через переводчик общаемся)... Когда мне на электронку пришло письмо, чтобы я им выслала бланк (с адресом и фото), ну все... думаю точно "кидалово". Через дня 3 скинули номер отправления, и 7 мая я получила свое платье:) во- первых модель точь- в- точь как на картинке; во- вторых- качество отменное, лейба "made in China" меня не смутила. Какая разница Китай, Италия?!) с размером прямо в "яблочко"! Шикарное платье!!! Счастливая я. Спасибо вам дорогой MissesDressy за быструю доставку в Россию)))

My 17 year old daughter purchased.£120 dress for.her.prom.it arrived two sizes smaller also damaged. Still 2 months later they are trying to.get me to alter it locally but they just don't seem to understand or else 10% off another dress. Just complete utter disgraceful.
