After spending all night calling missesdressy (I live in Australia and was up all night calling from 9am to 5pm NY time)I was told several times that a supervisor would be calling me back in 30 minutes and nobody ever called, I have now reached the end of my ability to continue to pursue this issue with this company as I now believe to be wasting my time. This is my experience: 1- I was assured that the dress was available for immediate shipping, I have contacted missesdressy on chat and via email before I placed my order - and in all occassions I was assured teh dress would be available for immediate shipping _ THAT WAS NOT THE CASE, ORDER WAS PLACED EARLY FEB AND RECEIVED ON 18th of MARCH 2- Once I was informed me the dress was not available and I asked for a refund missesdressy offered to send me the dress directly to Australia in order to avoid further delays (email copy below)- Dress was shipped to an USA address instead and ended up costing me an extra $66 !! 3- Sizing is not accurrate and even though I have sent two emails asking for confirmation on sizing and both were answered as this: Hello, The size is the same as the one showed on the dress' chart. This information (size chart) came from the designer, so it should be accurate. Thank you. Unfortunately yet again that didn’t not seem the case, the size 14 states to have a 34" waist when in reality the dress has a 36" waist...so in order to fix the dress it will cost me $200 making this dress cost me $266 above the price paid as a result of your misleading information. Based on this and the numerous times I have called and given the false promise that someone would call me back to resolve exchange this dress, I have given up cause I now believe this to be a dishonest seller> STAY AWAY IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED
The dresses are very beautifull, good quality and the company is very seriously and the shipping is very fast, for sure i will buy more dresses!

I have to say I was a little disappionted that both invoices showed $0.00 shipping (free overseas shipping) but this was actually charged in full through the Paypal account. This was not adequately explained, nor the import duty (which I understand was charged on import but it would have been nice to be made aware) and the target delivery was changed twice. Also it would have been nice for the dress to have been delivered in a garment bag instead of being crammed in to a small box. All in all it would probably have been less expensive to buy locally. That said, the dress is lovely.
I bought an evening dress recently, before ordering I asked the Missis Dressy for availability of dress and also the estimation of shipping. I received the dress on time and exactly one week after ordering. the size was fit and the model was same as picture. but the only problem was the color which was a little bit different of picture. but I liked it and I would recommend this site to my friend
Thanks Misses Dressy for saving the Day! My daughter's Grad is coming up at the end of May. My daughter is very tall and thin and hard to fit. We recently started dress shopping and have been told by the shops we visited in Calgary that it's way too late-Grad dress shopping is done in January! (who knew! I must have missed the memo!)If we ordered a dress it would probably not come in time! I found Misses Dressy online, my daughter found a dress she loved and we ordered. 4 days later it was delivered - and fits PERFECTLY! And my daughter has her dress early....some of her friends will wait until April or May. Happy daughter = Happy Mom!
my 5 stars goes out for their truthful service. i ordered a dress and wasn't available anymore at the time they started processing my order. they contacted me within 24hours and got it all settled by finding another dress they can get me on time. a little weird that they asked some form of verification before they can ship out anything. but i guess that's US style (lol), but anyway, I do understand they are battling fraudsters. who wants them anyway?! any company who does that is legitimate, i don't question that. I would question integrity.. and yes they got it!
Found what I was looking for and more. Prices were competitive. Had to return an item, because it wouldn't fit, but the return process was simple. Plan on shopping here again!
I can only say that the full process from asking questions to the Misses Dressy customer service over processing the order to receiving my beloved wedding gown worked better than I could ever imagine. In the beginning, I was not quite sure if ordering a wedding dress without putting it on would be a good idea. But due to the support of the customer service and the ability to track the order plus the fact that the gown arrived almost three weeks earlier than expected, I must say that all my doubts were unreasonable. The dress fits perfectly and I would come back to Misses Dressy at all times again.
I made an order for some dresses for bridesmaids for our wedding however we have had never-ending issues with this company. We bought 1 dress in December to ensure that the dress is genuine and is the correct colour as they were unable to provide us with any guarantees on the colour. The dress was purchased with confirmation from 'Roger', 'Anna', and 'Cherry' that if any dresses were not adequate quality or the colours were wrong then we could return the dresses for a full refund. We ordered the dress and it arrived in the UK several weeks later. We had to pay customs import charges which we weren't notified about. As soon as we received the dress we had to notify Missy of several issues including poor stitching on the hem and strap. We were insure whether to order the remaining 2 dresses however Missy offered a £30 discount on our next order, promised the quality would be better and again promised a full refund if we were not happy so we went ahead with the order at the beginning of January. We received the dresses 3 weeks later and we couldn't have been more disappointed. These dresses we a different shade of green, the stitching with terrible, the pleats on the dress had a different design to that of the first dress, the belts were different, there we snags in the middle of the material. Customer service asked for photos and I sent them all in as proof and they offered an £8 refund for on order which is unusable and worth over £250! It is now over a month later and at least 30 emails and live chat messages have been sent. I have received about 6 emails back including 'begging for forgiveness' and 'Even if full payment can not be back!' (can anyone understand that?!). I did receive one email back which increased the refund size to £10! Needless to say I declined their joke of a refund. I have now asked for the return address at least 5 times and the managers email address 3 times and they have ignored each message. They claim to offer excellent customer service and offer a returns policy. Even the managers replies on this thread claim that they put customers first. As far as I can see it is a complete lie and if you have paid out for dresses which are faulty you have no chance of getting your money back. If a manager from Missy wishes to finally make contact please do, you will find my email address when you open your email inbox and see countless messages from me. A real company would not have so many appalling reviews and as a customer service manager myself I can guarantee you would receive a hell of a lot more custom by doing everything possible to avoid bad reviews like this and every other one on here. The internet is a wonderful thing so I will be spreading the word of your appealing service on many other sites until you finally offer the full refund...
I wish I had read some reviews before ordering my dress for a wedding. I made the mistake of ordering a dress as pictured as I thought it looked great in the photos. Unfortunately I did not save the photos and the very next day I made an order they charge the photos! So the new photos was a dress of a completely different colour that I would not have chosen in a million years! And its not a surprise that the dress that arrived is that colour which I did not want. I tried contacting MissyDress but they are taking their time to respond. It is doubtful that I will received a refund even if I send the dress back. I will try contacting my credit card company. Another thing is that it was listed in GBP but on my statement it was Chinese Yuan so I had to pay the conversion rate. They did not mention that anywhere on the website! Buyers be warned!

Stay away from this company. They are rude and unprofessional. Jaime on Live Chat has the customer service skills of Attila the Hun and was not interested in helping us. We ordered one Prom dress but the auto reply e-mail listed THREE. We immediately emailed them and just had a garbled reply listing the three order numbers. Using Live Chat with Jaime was like pulling teeth, he/she was rude and totally unhelpful and disinterested. As soon as they realised we were complaining they stopped responding on the chat. We contacted the credit card company and stopped the transactions. We've had a lucky escape so please avoid these rip off merchants before you get caught. They are clearly a stack it high sell it low company who just want volume sales. They are not interested in sorting out issues for individuals. I have read other reviews and their returns policy is also useless.

I ordered my destination wedding mon cheri gown on December 31 st. I picked my size and color and it said it would ship immediately. After some thought I called the very next day and requested a bigger size because I was worried about the bust being too small and a bigger size could always be altered. The customer service lady was very friendly changed my size and checked the inventory and said it was in stock no problem it would be confirmed by email and shipped. 5 days later still nothing, I emailed the store they assured me it was forwarded to the right people and should be shipping. 3 days later still nothing. So I decided to call the customer service lady told me it would ship out first thing Monday morning and a shipping confirmation would be sent to my email. So now it has been 15 days later and every time I call I am assured it will ship.......still nothing...when I called again she said 5 to 7 business days even though the size and color clearly states ships immediately. I told her it has been past 7 days anyways, then she stated yes but your wear date is not until April. What does that have to do with it? Tge website should not state ships immediately if it will not. I am well aware when my wear date is. What if it doesn't fit? Or I don't like it? I want enough time to exchange it because clearly returns seem to be a big problem with past customers. I am a full time mom and I work a ton of over time. I only have 3 weekends off until my wedding. This weekend is a holiday weekend I have plans to go shopping with my fiance out of town for his wedding attire. I wanted my dress by then to match up shoes and his clothing. I have emailed 2 or 3 times now with no response and when I call I feel like I'm being put off. I wonder if they even have the dress. Why wouldn't they ship it? It has been over 2 weeks. This is unacceptable when at the most it was 5-7 business days. Iwant the dress shipped immediately or I would just like to cancel all together. I have a bad feeling about this and it is too important to me to have it screwed up. Very poor customer service!!!!!!! I feel like I've been scammed.
I buy a dress for my sisters wedding party from this web store. They have very much dress to choose and I was very happy with service. I will shop here again for future event.
I ordered a dress. I didnt even receive the package. i didnt even had a chance to look at the dress and they wouldnt give my money back. why on earth would i want credit store if all the merchandises will be taxed exactly the same? that abosolutely ridiculous, that an e-commerce company does not refund the money! not only will i never ever by from MISSESDRESSY again, but i will also advise all my friends not to do the same mistake i did!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I also had a horrible experience. I ordered a dress about a year ago for my birthday. I overnighted the dress. It arrived not as pictured - low quality and fit. I returned it and asked for a refund given that the dress was so bad. At the time, the store did not have a refund policy, so I got a store credit. There was no other option. I had no intension of shopping on this site EVER again. A few months after, the store changed their policy to give customers refunds. I called several times and during numerous occasions I was told that "my refund is in the mail." Needless to say, that mail never came... I had to called back several times to be either told that accounting is out of the office, on vacation, or not available. Finally, after 1 hour of being placed on hold and several dropped calls, I got thru to accounting. Then, the accounts payable clerk spent about 10 minutes yelling at me saying that I will never get my money back and my store credit has expired anyways. They said, that they *might* be able to issue a new credit and I should be really glad that they are doing this favor for me. So, basically, after spending 1 hour on the phone, treated poorly, yelled yet and being told that "customer is always right policy is something that was in place VERY LONG TIME AGO and does not exist here at Misses Dressy" I was left with nothing... I am not sure what to do next? I really hope that Maytal Sutton - the owner of the store - is not aware of how her employees are treating the customers... she seems like a very intelligent, smart and confident business person and I would be very disappointed if she approved the way I was treated. In short - DO NOT SHOP HERE if you have any doubt about the size or fit. Once you give them your money, you will probably NEVER get that money back... :( UPDATE – It has been 10 days since the conversation took place with the store manager where she promised to reissue my store credit. My store credit has not been reissued.
I have read the reviews their seems to be more good than bad but still lil more bad than i like to see I love the dresses I have seen n I really want to order my wedding dress just scared that the quality or size may not be good and if its not I would just like to change it really worried about ordering online.........
Hi there I wanted to post my review for misses dressy and I absolutely fricken love it !!!!! it looks EXACTLY the same as the picture, I am more than satisfied , I cant wait to wear this !!!!!! AMAZING service !!!! bought 7 dresses from them and I'm so satisfied !
