The worst store ever. Super unprofessional. I ordered a dress that was displayed online in the color that was displayed, they sent me a completely different color. When I called asking for a refund because I had no time and trust to order another one, they said the only thing they could do is the a store credit. I showed the pictures of both dresses and how different they were, they came up with the excuse that "The color of the dress might seems different from what was shown on the website depending on the lighting used when the picture was taken." Excuse me???? What kind of light is this that changes a color from silver and brown to yellow and gold???? They are forcing me to buy another one from their store by holding my money there even after they messed up with my order. Spam store. When I talked to the manager before I had returned the dress, she promised me a refund, now she doesn't even return my calls. Don't buy there ever!!!!!! Can't trust them at all.

I ordered a $500 dress awhile back and wasn't happy with it so I returned it for a store credit. I wasn't sure how to get my credit code, so I chatted with an operator. She was very nice and told me my credit had expired, but since I was not notified of an expiration, all I had to do was speak to a manager and I would get my $500 credit back. She said to expect an email the following Monday from her manager. Come Monday, no email. On Wednesday, I chatted with another operator because I hadn't received any contact. She apologized and said I would definitely get an email by the following Monday at latest. Once again, I got no such email from the manager. The next day, I chatted with an operator for the third time. She said to try back the next day when the manager would be in the office. The following morning, I spoke with an operator for the fourth time. She said I would receive a call from the manager in a few minutes and left the chat. Over an hour later, I still didn't get a call. I opened another chat with a different operator who then connected me by computer to the manager. After all of this (and after being guaranteed all of my credit back) the manager said the best she could do was give me 8% off my next order. I wasted hours with this terrible customer service and didn't even get my credit. I strongly recommend you spend your money elsewhere!!

i am waiting for my evening gown and i am definitely happy to give a good review. Superb assistance from polite support agents. I have nothing bad to say. I just hope the dress is as amazing as the service.

Before this is taken down I hope some of you may read this, the only thing that they were good with was that the dress was delivered quickly... probably why the stitching and quality was dreadful. The annoying and cheeky thing is that my friend complained two days ago about the dress being wrong colour and they refused to refund her. Then when she came on here to write a review, there had been a review uploaded minutes before saying how great the company and customer service was. Today I got my dress and I emailed them straight away because the dress was HUGE on me, more than 2 sizes bigger. It had a big rip down the side and the dress itself was so cheap that it itched my legs! I was told I would not be getting a refund "local dress maker will help fix it" is what I was advised... then low and behold I come on here to write a review and someone had been on AN HOUR before stating that "I am writing a very honest review and dress was good quality and customer service was great"... I think that every time they receive a complaint they write their own five star reviews. I am now getting married without a wedding dress as I have no time or money left so I am feeling very foolish and have definitely learned my lesson. PLEASE don't do what I did, I thought "mine will be different" but it wasn't. Look at any of the other review websites, do not trust them I beg you. Unless you don't mind wasting money!

I received the replacement dress in a few days and it was perfect. The dress that I returned was credited immediately upon receipt by Missy Dressy. yes, beauty has a price.. but this is one great place to shop online if you're a little tight of budget. Look for the SALE section and I bet you will all agree with me.
