This is the Best Experience I have ever had on an online purchase. It is exactly as shown in the photograph. The dress fit perfectly. It was very well made, I have no fear the gems will fall off bc they are very well secured. The seams of the dress, the zipper, everything is sturdy and resistant. I have no fear the dress will fall apart and I love the quality of the fabrics. Fast shipping. (less than 5 days) I have no complains. I will definitely order my dresses from here in the future. I have never had such a great experience in purchasing a dress even for my Quinceanera. I'm extremely picky and hardly ever am I so satisfied and much less extremely impressed with any sort of online purchase. They have indeed impressed me and I will recommend them to everyone. o^.^o At first I was worried bc it was an online purchase it might not fit and arrive here on time but shipping was less than 5 days and there was no need to return this perfect dress. o^.^o I thank my love, Erick <3 for purchasing it for me for the marine ball >.< I am forever in debt. To be fair I had already tried the dress on here in the UK so I knew exactly what I would, or should, be getting. I ordered through Livechat. The advisor was very helpful as I was a bit worried about ordering from the US but she put my mind at ease. It arrived one week after ordering and was just as I remembered it in the shop. Very smooth transaction and literally half the price that was being charged here in the UK!

I bought two evening dresses from missesdressy. They were both gorgeous made with quality materials and arrived promptly. I am 5ft 7 and they were both too long, but an easy fix at the tailors.

Good customer service,but the product is of a poor quality, uneven shoulders, some sims are not finished, looks cheap, I expected better product for that price. Had to take it to alteration place and get it cometely redone in order to be able to wear. Looked great on a picture, but in reality - another cheap , made in China dress utilizing cheap labor..I will not use this company again

Orders dress. Size didn't work. Shipped immediately for store credit to reorder new size. Customer service "May" couldn't help. She wanted my sign in information. Said her screen for new order said something different than the screen I was ordering from. Pay pal was charged full amount. Called twice was told it was taken care and email would be sent. We are on day 4 no shipping confirmation; no email indicating PayPal was corrected. Scam is the word that comes to mind at this point!

In this day and age quality customer service is a hard thing to find. Miss Dressy is simply stellar! Friendly customer service, great communication rather through-mail or on the phone. Thank you for an amazing, delightful purchasing experience.

I would not use this website to order anymore do not like the the return policy, I made a purchase and did not like the dress I upgraded and made another order and did not fit now they would not take the merchandise back and I got stuck with a $300.00 loss due to the exchange policy.

Bought a dress, was never told it was a "special order " receipt doesn't say it nor does my email order confirmation. I was only told it was a special order when I needed to return the dress due to the horrible fit. They basically told me to bad your problem and you knew it was a special order. NOT TRUE. I never was told that and I have contacted my visa fraud department due to their awful customer service who would not let me return the dress even tho I proved they never informed me. I would NEVER recommend this site and can't wait for visa to stick it too them. Had to re- order through prom girls. Great customer service great up front return policy. And very quick shipping.

Dress arrived yesterday and it is just beautiful. It is my 4th purchase from this company and everything was always just fine.

We ordered a dress here for my daughters prom - a Sexy A-Line/Princess Sleeveless Straps Floor-Length Chiffon Evening Dresses! In red. She's a touch on the tiny side so we had to submit measurements to them. To be fair the order went in on the 6th August and the dress arrived in the UK on the 21st. The dress is fine, my wife and daughter think it is wonderful - a couple of adjustments will need to be made but that's not a major surprise when you're ordering through submitted measurements, but even without them it would have been wearable. The adjustments will cost a few quid locally - nothing much. We had some trepidation about ordering considering the reviews - but all in all we're quite content with the outcome. My wife and daughter are both happy with the fabric quality and the lining and so on - so we're content.

I ordered a dress and it was dispatched on the 25th Aug I had paid extra for quicker postage and when I checked with the courier, the consignment number was going to Andorra with the first line of my address. I have been emailing continually and get one word answers back and they have been asking since Thursday 4th September if I still want the dress sent. i replied I did as I needed it urgently they then emailed today to see if i still wanted the dress sent. I have informed them the function is on the 9th September so it is of no use to me now. I requested a full refund as THEY made the error and they just emailed to say NO..... If you think you are ordering from a UK firm you are not it is in China and customer service is a nightmare....

I ordered a dress from missesDressy, the dress came very beautiful, but did not fit me, even though I ordered a size larger than my actual size. When I called the customer service to do an exchange for a larger size, they will not do it because it's a special made dress. I don't understand why is it a special made, when I ordered a regular size 6 dress. I'm very upset, I paid $800.00, and I'm stuck with that when no one told me it's a final sale. Whoever reads this please do not order dress from them, they just lie.
