The item I ordered was not in stock despite it showing as being available on the website. The refund took nearly a week via paypal. On the plus side I did get an apologetic phone call from the store manager.
Really great service from Dales cycles. Great price for a bike, arrived quickly (when promised). Fully assembled bar minor packing necessities (as explain when ordered). Great. Problem with some small damage was rectified quickly, courteously and professionally with emails answered promptly (many thanks Jim). Can’t recommend enough.

My second purchase from Dales, a few years in between bikes, but very happy with the initial enquiry and then the purchase of my new E bike, from start to finish this was seem less and the customer service was excellent, something that is sadly lacking in other shops these days.
