Excellent service especially in this covid situation where getting bike's is difficult. Kept me up to date with there app. Bike was delivered in less than one week. The bike was fully built. The driver asked if he wanted to give us some info on the bike. Can't fault dales Brilliant from start to finish.

Instant online chat help, same price as Wiggle (who had none in stock), and my purchase arrived in 4 days despite covid disruption. Only small negative is they never told me that the item had been dispatched.

I arrived to collect my new Specialized Vado Sl only to find out it wasn't ready. They offered to send it by carrier, but once they realised that I had driven from Cumbria for this pre-arranged click & collect they pulled out all the stops and had it built and ready to go in 2hrs. Great service in difficult circumstances. A shame the shop was closed due to Covid-19, but the next time I'm in the area I'll call in and have a look around. A big thanks to the guys in the workshop.

I had previously rated this company a low score due to my order not being delivered. They contacted me and confirmed that the problem had been the order had been put on Click and Collect shelf and not despatched by post as it should have been. Upshot was that I got my order eventually. I had been expecting a follow up email from the one confirming my order but didn't so was not aware that this had happened.

Easy to navigate Website. Found the exact spec. of the e-bike we were looking for and ordered it for delivery, built up and ready to ride ( an extra £25). Dales E-mailed us with the build date, and we received a phonecall on the day to let us know the bike would be delivered in the afternoon. The bike duly arrived ready to go, and the delivery man explained all the functions and features, as well as the various parts warranties. Excellent service from Dales. We would use them again.

Before making online purchase i used the online chat facility. Stephen was very helpful, answered all questions and checked stock levels for accessories reserving these on collection of bike. Recieved email on purchasing bike online. Then recieved a follow up email to notody us of bike build date. Still awaiting date to collect. Under circumstances service has been first class.

In difficult times, Dales Cycles came up trumps. No bikes could be had in the right size to replace a stolen bike and Dales' cycles were the only shop that actual tried to help us get a replacement. Thanks for the personalised service. Much appreciated.
