Excellent service. Dealt with my enquiry over chat function online, gave recommendations. Helped me get a better deal on my order and then delivered my bike as I am shielding. There was an update function that also allowed me to view progress. When the bike arrived they had even fitted my lock and lights for me. I’ll honestly never go anywhere else and have been recommending to my family already.

It was a pleasure to deal with everyone at Dale's Cycles. Always on hand to answer any questions we had when deciding on which bike to purchase and gave a prompt and friendly service when supplying the bike. Will use again and would happily recommend.

Customer Service first class - quick email response and telephone conversation when requested. The bike arrived on the day specified, was well packed and was as expected. The only issues were: 1. Carrier (DHL) arrived with only the driver to unload. 2 operatives would be more appropriate for the weight/size of the delivery; 2. No instructions were included on items to be addressed prior to use - install pedals (left = left thread (the left pedal was labelled, but this fact was not clear); right = right thread etc.) and align handle bars. These were obvious, but was there anything else? 3. Left hand pedal would not align with the thread on the pedal shaft. Ultimately, I had to swap a pedal off another Cube bike to finish the job.

Had to blind buy a bike in relation to sizing using one of the many differing online calculators as lock down had closed their showroom. Opted for pick up at store and was assisted in the handover by an extremely helpful member of staff. Due to time constraints the bike went straight into my van and I didn't have time to try it out straight away. I contacted Dales the following day and popped back down with the bike for some advice on the size and best set up for me. Another helpful member of staff spent time explaining how to calculate seat height and gave me some advice on general cycling. Went home and after following the advice given, I felt that the frame was just a little too big for me. Got in touch with Dales again and returned the bike with no issues for a full refund. Even though I was returning something the member of staff I spoke to (pretty sure it was the same person frombthe pick up) spent some time speaking to me and offering some advice and general chat. Would not hesitate to get a bike from here again. Hopefully stock will become more freely available from suppliers soon and I will make another purchase.
