Giving a two-star review because I still hope that my 7.5 mg dose tirzepatide from CitizenMeds will work. I switched from another provider to them due to medication price. However, I have no progress with weight loss after getting 5 mg first, use it for two weeks, and not seeing results ordering a 7.5 mg dose (still nothing). I guess you get what you pay for. Also, the shipments contain multiple vials of 10 ml each. It makes it challenging to draw medication of higher dosages since more than one vial have to be used to fill a syringe.

Ordered, received 1st month glo 1 still waiting on month #2. I have reached out twice informing them it's not received. Not sure what's going on. Will update my review if they follow up. This product needs to be regularly administered or it's not effective. I hope to hear from them soon

Do not order from this company. I had canceled two orders online, which showed canceled. Four days later I received two packages. I logged into my account, and noticed this company reinstated my canceled orders without my consent, and charged my debit card over $500. I emailed the company, and they said they only way to cancels a order was email only. I replied; with I canceled my orders online with the option to cancel my orders. They are a joke! I would never order from them cause if you plan to cancel your order to not be charged they will charge you for your canceled order regardless.

We placed an order and paid several days ago. We received an email the order was received but have heard nothing since. We sent an email and haven’t heard back!

The ordering and shipping process were incredibly efficient. But I was missing about 50 units between the two vials of medication. Which is an entire dosage. I contacted Citizen Meds and the pharmacy that they used (American Life Pharmacy). I’ve sent pictures and a video for proof. They both denied that I’m missing any medication. Citizen Meds offered a 20% off discount code. As if that would help. So I’ve paid about $220.00 and I’m just out of luck for my 4th dose. I wouldn’t recommend buying with them.

I placed my order this weekend. I got two emails. I haven’t received anything else. When I tried to log in to my portal it didn’t recognize my email I ordered with so I don’t even have a portal. I’ve emailed them twice with no answer. Please tell me I didn’t get scammed!

I made Oder couple days ago, and that’s it , they charged me. And send 1emal. I tryed contact with providers in this organisation. But looks like its unreal, I just waned edit some information and find out what state my order is on, I don't know what to think about them now. Maybe a scam

I've ordered compunded tirzepatide from Citizen Meds. I've lost 28lbs since November. The customer service team is always quick to respond to any questions I have. I have not had any issues with delivery, always comes with cold packs, syringes and alcohol wipes. I have not had any negative reactions to the medication and have not experienced any nausea or muscle loss, I've actually gained muscle mass according to my doctor and i don't go to the gym. I wish i would have found out about this company sooner and recommend them to anyone I know who is interested in compounding. My only wish, is that they offered a bulk stock vs month to month but regardless I am very pleased with the medication and this company!
