I have been using Citizen Meds since January, and am obsessed! Their tirzepatide is fantastic, which made the journey into GLP1s smooth and easy for me. Costumer service is always very quick to reply and eager to help! I’m so thankful I found them!

This company will not simply disclose the dosage of their meds. You have to go through them collecting ALL of your personal private information, I never got that far. Not worth it just to try and find out their dosage they will send if I reveal all my private data. Says "high dose" but what is the truth? You'll never know.

I ordered Tirzepatide for the first time from Citizen Meds on Sunday evening, 3/9/25. Since my order, I've received no order confirmation, acknowledgement, order number or receipt. However, the charge certainly shows up on my CC. I will be disputing the charge and reporting the online operation for Citizen Meds as fraudulent. They do not answer the phone number, just a message saying the quickest/best way to contact them is by email info@.... They don't answer emails either. Nothing...nadda. Update 3/22/2025: I did eventually get an email response after 2 days and received ordering info on my profile. Then, the order shipped; a bit late but it did arrive a week after the order date. Changing the rating to 3* and will likely give them another chance for the M2 order. They do eventually answer emails, but I think they're a bit overwhelmed with orders at this time.

I initially had a good experience with Citizen Meds until I discontinued my subscription due to the FDAs announcement that specialty pharmacies are not permitted to sell compounded Tirzepatide effective March 17, 2025. I made my last purchase 2 days before the pharmacy advertised a 20% discount on their products for Women’s Day. At the time my order was still processing. I requested the 20% discount which was rejected. The pharmacy says they care about people in their advertisement but this is not accurate. If they truly cared about people they would have honored the 20% discount. I will no longer make ANY purchases from Citizen Meds. I would also encourage everyone to think twice before doing business with them. BUYER BEWARE

My first month I did not lose any weight. I actually gained. I bought the 2nd month and dose, but if this does not work then I will not continue and will be asking for a refund. I called and they told me that some people don’t lose weight the first month. I find that very odd especially when I used it before from another company and lost the first month.

The products seem good, but the price is a bit high, although comparable to other sites. At least they ship orders super fast!

At first I felt the product was watered down (not real water but not the right amount) by adding the B12. I was getting my injections from a local clinic and it seemed like I dropped the lbs and inches but then I reached a plateau and the higher dosage didnt help. I felt their costs were drastically higher. So I stopped. And in 2 months my weight came back. So I did some research found this one with the better reviews. I continued where I left off with previous dosage. The physician called and he explained everything to me. What I like about this one. The weight falls off healthier. And I finally feel good in my skin. He also explained what to do once I reach my desired weight. Those other clinics only want the money and they didn't explain in detail like citizen med. I'm almost 55 and a woman so you should know the struggles of losing weight at this age. Diets don't work exercise doesn't work this works. I was 230 now I'm 198 and I've been with them for 3 months. Just follow their directions on dosage. If you want to invest in a healthier You, you can't go wrong with this company. I'm loving me more and more everyday. It's worth it.

I did not hear from anyone but was charged right away. I wasn’t able to talk to a doctor which makes me uncomfortable. Phone number goes to voicemail and it’s full which weirds me out. I disputed it with my card and then suddenly received an email that it was shipped. How do I refuse this medication?

**UPDATE 3/25: I just received Month 2 and this time the process was seamless. I lost about 8 lbs. the first month! Looking forward to M2’s results! It is still frustrating that there’s no way to check your order status! **UPDATE: finally received the shipping notice today which is way more than the 24-48 hours they claim to process and ship orders however, I still have not received a reply to any of my emails. I hope the process next month is a little more smooth. Placed an order on Monday and have emailed and called about order status and next steps. Phone number goes straight to voicemail and emails have gone unanswered. It’d be nice to get the same service as all these 5 star reviews keep mentioning.

I started my journey on Terzepetide, using the name brand. After a month, I couldn't afford it anymore. I found Citizen Meds and for literally a fraction of the cost I get the same medicine. I have had the same results with Citizen and I'm happy I can actually afford it!

Easy way to get the medicine at reasonable cost and effective shipping

Put in an order and paid for expedited shippment and asked for updates. Since order no communications from them, no updates. Don't answer the phone and return emails. Non existing communication on their part. I think I'm getting scammed.

Exceptional Customer Service! I am very pleased and grateful for the quick and helpful responses from customer service. Twice I caused confusion by canceling my subscription then changing my mind plus subsequently ordering the wrong medication! Both issues were promptly and politely resolved. There were no extra charges or complications because they caught my error and contacted me immediately. Thank you for your professional service.

Have been using tirzepatide compound for 2 months from citizen meds. Great product at an amazing price. No side effects. Couldn't ask for better service.

I love their tirzepatide. I'm down 15lbs in 6weeks and it really suppresses the food noise. I haven't incorporated gym or workouts yet, and will do so soon. However, the doses somehow are never enough for 4weeks. They are always off by a margin, so the last week injection doesn't fill up to the approximate dose.

This is a complete rip off and scam. They promise you a certain amount of medication and only send you 1/4 of it. Don’t be fooled by them.
