This company is by far NOT responsive. at least not with phone calls! I am consistently sent to voicemail every single time. I'd like to have confidence I have reach customer service before solidifying my purchase...

Really simple ordering process, questionnaire took about 5 mins. Made a payment, selected overnight shipping, and got it next day. I did order before noon. Package came with everything I needed for a month, including a reusable insulated bag with an ice pack, syringes, and alcohol prep pads. Dosage instructions provided, and super easy to follow. They add B12 and Glycine to the compound, to help with energy and nausea. Can’t wait to see how this works for me!

Update*** I received my meds Thursday. My meds arrived in a nice cooler pack that was packed inside a box still cold like I just got it out the fridge! My first dose was Thursday evening around 5 pm. I can tell the difference already... I am less hungry already with not the first hunger pang at all.. I will definitely be reordering!!

During my first month, I didn't experience any side effects with this Medication. It helped to curb my appetite a great deal, I had to force myself to eat. I noticed that I became less bloated or no longer bloated as soon as I started using this medication. I also realized lose fit on my dresses after 3 weeks. I was not able to engage in daily exercise regime due to my work schedule. However, my job requires a lot of movements and walking which I used to my advantage. However, I didn't get enough medication for the last month. Second month, I reveived the medication on time. The down side to the service is that there is absolutely very poor customer service. The number that is listed on the website rings for ever and no one is ever by that phone. It is very difficult to reachout to an associate for assistance. I noticed the medication was not enough to cover me for one month. I reached out to them and sent several emails and there was no response. I sent several emails to their pharmacy and they never responded. It is very dangerous to deal with a pharmacy that cannot resolve your question when need arise. What if I had a more challenging situation? I also read through the reviews that some customers were not getting enough medication in the vial. Therefore, I didn't get what I paid for. Unfortunately, I will cancel my subscription. Patient assistance is a zero. The prescriber is taking absolutely no accountability to ensure the patients are satisfied with their services. Sad. You can do better by responding to phone calls and emails and answer questions when need arise..

Pros- Service was easy and quick. Shipping was smooth and speedy. Product arrived as expected along with all the supplies needed. Cons- I do wish this was more affordable- its really unfortunate my insurance does not cover. I'm not sure how long I will be able to continue on drug due to high cost.

Seems like a scammer company from interactions. Further while I was checking prices the night before, I noticed they displayed a black friday price of 30% off but the actual cost at checkout from the night before was actually close to $25 higher. Seems like something a scam company would do on black friday, jack up their prices.

Ordering was an easy process. Medication and Home kit arrived on scheduled date. Information and instructions provided were easy to follow. Positive results received with medication!

I am giving them a 1 star review and will start the process to fight for a refund. Expect me to pop up and leave my review everywhere possible. I originally left a 5 star review for the service provided initially. I am disappointed that this company continues to charge me month after month even after my subscription has been canceled. I verbally canceled my subscription last month with a representative over the phone. I logged into my account to verify the cancelation. The account shows no after subscriptions, however, month after month I continue to be charged $457. This is the second occurrence. I believe they purposefully charge your account knowing full well you canceled. Their policy is no refund. I'll be sure to report this company to the proper regulatory bodies. I'll make sure the credit card company knows and blocks further charges. Again this is the second month of being charged after the subscription is canceled. DO NOT Patronize this company. When you want to cancel they will continue to charge you.

Customer service has been quick and helpful. My Tirzepatide is working as expected, and this is less expensive than the last compounding pharmacy I used. Highly recommended!
